How does your game fit the theme?
A calm before storm is a storm after a calm. this game puts you in the shoes of a storm guy to defeat the enemies in a storm phase and use the resources to build and repair buildings in a calm phase.
Did you write all the code and made all the assets from scratch?
Most of the code was written by me or was copied from somewhere and altered. all the models other than the mine was made by me. sounds, skyboxes and some of the visual shaders were copied from internet.

I got stuck in the tutorial. The grappling hook pull was too slow and only being able to move with it is not that fun. I then tried to main game but since I had to skip the tutorial I didn't know what to do. Kind of had high expectations but ended up losing them all. Maybe you can explain to me your mechanics?
My feedback is kinda the same with the other commentors tbh
Interesting concept but, not being able to move other than by grappling was difficult, the tutorial level didn't explain a whole lot. I understood what I needed to do. I really felt like some design choices hindered the game. I wish the enemies spawn was a bit more random.
I agree with the other comments, I think your concept is fantastic, but the actual game felt a bit difficult to control with grappling as the only option. It would also benefit from a bit more work on the menus and a way to go back without having to close the game entirely. It was a lot of fun to swing around once I had a bit of momentum, so maybe make it a bit faster to build momentum so you also move faster?
this is an interesting concept and a strong start, but I couldn't walk on the ground, I could only grapple, and I only got any real speed from grappling enemies, which made traversing when no enemies were around virtually impossible, and it was really hard to make it back to the ground after grappling an enemy super cool idea though, and I love the calm/storm indicators on the staff.
Nice concept! I got stuck during the tutorial and couldn’t move after grappling—I also couldn’t walk during the main level. I did notice some upgrades to the tower, but I wasn’t really able to explore the game since the wave didn’t start the second time I played.
I think this is a solid start, but the game could benefit from a pause menu to return to the main menu, and it definitely needs more sounds.
