I like the art and the particle effects. The whole idea is really cool. However, I think you should make it easier to jump, because right now even if I'm on ground it sometimes don't let me jump. Anyway, I had some fun playing it :)
Very happy you had fun playing. About the jump is weird, we'll check it.
Nice job!
Thanx :)
Really solid puzzle platformer. The levels get a little samey, but you changed that up with the cannons. Love the use of rewind and the sound effects. Great job!
Thank you, if we make a post jam version we'll make very different levels with different art and unique mechanics for the rewind!
A very well made game i loved it and i really loved the levels , would loved to see more levels but for a 7 days that's really good !! good job !!Thank you so much! We really appreciate the comments!
Very glad you liked it, we're thinking of made a post jam version and there coming more levels...
i'll be more than happy to play it , good luck <3
Very simple movement mechanics for a puzzle platformer, but very fun to play and easy to learn. Great Job!
We really appreciate your feedback!
Finished it. Jump audio reminds me of Mario. Easy puzzle platformer.
Nice! Yes, the sound was inspired by classic platformers like Mario. Thank you for playing!
i ve just played ur game, great job!
feedback:
would have like to see more clever ways to use the rewind mechanics on the level but they all felt the same, sometimes u didnt even need it to get to some plataforms bc the character jump was so high. but overall the gameplay was fluid and never got bored of it.
the graphics sprites are ok but the light and particles effects looks great on this one. at first i didnt knew if i was on a rewind mode or not because the change is too subtle but that could be just me, anyways, well done!
Thank you! A lot of people are saying the same about the puzzles and we plan to improve them to make them more interesting, we didn't notice the fact that the jump could be used to skip some puzzles so we are going to fix that too. On rewind mode the screens gets more blue, with more chromatic aberration, vignette and bloom, but I think if we manage to give it a sound it will be enough without resulting annoying for the view.
Great game, the puzzle is in point. Nice job
Thank you!
Nice game! I really liked the level design. Though the sprites are not really complex, the postprocess effects make it really good looking! I had fun playing and that is not that common for a jam game, congratz!
Could you play my game too? We don't have many reviews :(

Thank you! Will definitely check out your game later when I have time, it looks interesting!
Hey, Cool game, loved the atmosphere and the aesthetics. Also, I really enjoyed the feeling of the movement, it is very pleasing. Congratulations on the jam! Rated.
Thank you! Really appreciated
Good game! I really enjoyed getting into the swing of the rewind time mechanic and it felt really smooth. :) The graphics have a cool retro vibe too!
Thank you, we are happy that you enjoyed it!
The game is excellent, the graphics are great and the leves are fun although it feels a little short.
Adding more rewindable stuff would be great, maybe destructible stuff considering you are probably using a code similar to Brackeys rewind tutorial, and that is perfect for rewinding an exploded prop back together
Thank you, and I like that idea! We'll probably use that for the post-jam version, really cool!
Solid platforming movement and some pretty neat puzzles! I think it would've been cooler if you added more things you could rewind other than walls and platformers. I also think you could've toned down the post-processing effects a little, they're a little hard on my eyes.
Thank you for the feedback, many people said stuff about the post-processing being too much, so that's something we will tune a little down if we make the post-jam version. And if we had more time we could implement more rewindable stuff, we had in mind some puzzles with the cannons and plasma balls but sadly we didn't have time for implementing them.
I like how you made the camera looking, the game it self is really enjoyable and pretty easy which made it perfect for a game jam. I like your controllers and the idea of rewinding time only of few objects. This puzzle game just miss a quiet background music to make a great finish. Really good game :)
Thank you, glad you enjoyed it!
Some notes in no particular order:
- The low text contrast on the menu makes it slightly hard to read.
- Menu button sound was kind of weird
- Cool text animations
- The bloom and effects were really cool, but maybe a bit too much bloom?
- The push button, go through door, puzzle was repeated maybe a bit too many times
- It got a bit hard when there were lots of bullets, and the instadeath restart eventually was so hard I eventually gave up (I think at level 5 or 6)
- I was a bit disappointed that the puzzles weren't more... puzzly. It was mostly a case of finding all the buttons and avoiding all the bullets. I wish the rewind was more involved in some way.
Reading the list, it sounds like a lot of negative stuff. But I still enjoyed the game a lot. It felt pretty polished, and I think the look is really cool and with some tuning it could be amazing.
Good job! :)
Thank you for the feedback! We'll make sure to adjust the post processing and improve the menu so it's easier to read with no problems, also we'll see a way to adjust difficulty so it's a bit more forgiving, we didn't had time for implementing some of the puzzles we had in mind by the end of the deadline so we only could use a group of simpler ones. We'll have everything in mind!
I really like the Retro art style! The movement seems smooth, but sometimes the jump animation feels off. Good puzzle techniques where you have to remember where to go for the door.
All in All good game!
Thank you! We'll adjust the jump if we make a Post-Jam version so it feels better. Thanks for the feedback!
Awesome game, had some of the best movement I have played so far. Also had some really clever puzzles :D.
Thank you!
A solid 2d platformer that is enriched by its shiny but simple and retro art style and by its creative mechanics that really makes this game a very fun experience for the player. Not something that is revolutionary or the gaming community hasn't seen before but you definitely nailed this concept in one week. I really liked the flow of the game and how the movement of the player was done.
On the other hand, the level design felt very minimalist and easy. It didn't feel like something that would stimulate your brain or make your life harder in any form or shape. Also, some small bugs here and there like: some platforms would have weird movement while moving or player's cloud animation which is situated under his feet bugging out while the platform was moving down.
Overall, grate experience and hope I will see more updates form you soon.
Thanks for feedback, very glad you liked the art style and mechanics.
About the design of the levels, we don´t wanted to make them too hard, because it can became frustrating, but we'll have that in mind and we'll try to make the levels more stimulating next time, and the bugs, we'll try to improve on that.
Nice game! I like the art style. The puzzles are nice too, very well thought through. However, the post processing effects are waaay too much, like the abberation at the sides of the screen; I mean the stuff that is constantly there, not only when rewinding (that effect look really cool). Maybe some story would be nice too?
Overall, great game! Well done.
Thank you, i'll adjust the post processing and make sure it doesn't results annoying, also we have in mind a little nice story involving time travel and different assets for every point of time in history, if we actually made a full release this is something which will get an important role.
A nice game, with some pretty good puzzles. I appricate some of the little touches, such as the camera panning to show the door that opened and the effects on a rewind.
I second the point JMS made about rewinding, it's a little thing, but would be nice for QOL. I also would occasionally glitch of the ends of platforms, so you could look into that as well.
Theres tons of room for expansion with additional levels, and other things that your rewind can effect. I'm interested to see what you do with this!
Very glad you liked, about what JMS saids we'll have that in mind and the platforms yeah, we haven't the time time to pulish it well. Thanks for feedback!
