Just started playing your game, here's mine: https://nitai99.itch.io/aispionage. I'm in desperate need of play testing...
Ok, so a couple quick things.
Firstly, I just want to say that it looks amazing! The music fits extremely well, the robot looks cool, it's extremely polished. I have some things that I think you should think about, but I don't want to sound negative, these are all (maybe other than the controls thing) not so significant and it's amazing that you made it in that short a time. I am a bit embarrassed that I shared my game now...
I feel like controlling the robot is a bit hard because the camera doesn't move around. Maybe a slight movement would help. Maybe it could move in a circle around the area to frame it. Because the game is all about moving quickly and precisely (correct me if I am wrong), it is important to allow the player to see himself clearly. I keep getting fired because of tapes I need to put in the last row. I can't see myself, can use the small gaps and it is a bit frustrating.
Also, can you put in a small screen of text that explains controls and stuff? It is a bit less important because it is in the web and you can see stuff below but I think that it might help some people understand. But it's not that big a deal.
Another thing is the rewind button. I just kept one hand for the movement and picking stuff up and one hand to constantly press it. I have recently seen a talk by a guy from vlambeer and he said something along the lines of - if you don't give the player a reason not to press a button, why have the button at all? Why not just have the game "press" it for him? I have no idea what you could do with that butI think it's worth thinking about it.
And one last thing: I don't know if you would like it, since it's a suggestion that will really impact how the game plays, but I think that you should allow the robot to hold 2 things. That adds some more depth to the game since you can strategise, taking two tapes from the same area and stuff. Maybe it could even have in impact on the way the rewind button works. I don't know. But I think you should think about it at
Really cool game. The visuals are amazing. The controls were a little tricky for me to pick up (although that may be the point) and some of the genre names were a little hard to read. Another small thing is that the pick and up rewind buttons are pretty close together so I often clicked the wrong one, this is probably something I would learn more as I play the game but it did make the beginning of the game hard (for me at least, but I'm bad at video games so... ). It might be nice also to be able to know how close you are to getting fired. Right now I am not sure if I am really going a good job until I fired. Some kind of progress bar may be helpful.
Ok, I'll playtest your game.

Thanks for the play testing, I'll make sure to fix some of these bugs. The jump boost is intentional, and it's recommended to not play in full screen for best performance and ratio. That's probably why you got big text. Also, enemies landing on you is intentional. It's supposed to make you think about where you shoot the enemy. Not being able to shoot however is strange, because it worked fine to me.
Anyways, thanks!
I dont know how to not sound like a dick while saying this but..... That seems like your problem to fix, not mine.... you are the developer, you are in control of that. Having your camera scale correctly and being able to see upcoming things before you are right on top of them is important in a platformer.
A FOV slider isnt that hard to make, I can help you with it if you need. Looks like you're in Unity.
Overall, I enjoyed the game. It was a fun experience, and one I would recommend. However, I felt the instructions weren't very clear. I kept dying the first few times because I didn't know how to put the items on the shelves. However, after a few tries, I was able to enjoy the game properly. Nice job!
Hey man, pretty cool game I loved it! The visuals, the sound, and the idea. I find it a little bit repetitive( I'm gonna be honest, I didn't play more than 5 minutes so I don't know if I can say something about that, I'm sorry) but I just really liked it. Anyway, great work!!
edit: Also, you played my game already("LAILA") and I was wondering, could you say more about the bug you found?(the one about google analytics)
Sure! Here’s mine: https://lisyarus.itch.io/astrowind
Nice game! A few notes:
If you don’t have time for the tutorial, just a slightly more detailed description would do fine :) I’ll definitely play it once again when it gets updated.
Thanks for your feedback on my game! Sorry for that sensitivity problem, guess I’ve been relying too much on a specific vsync rate. I’ve updated the game and would highly appreciate if you give it another try.
I played your game
i was fired by boss ....
Also my game https://varietysoft-productions.itch.io/time-rescue
Took me some time to get used to the controls, its nice and i'm so amazed by how u able to finish the modelling in such a short time, and yet looks good.

Hope you play it will the end ;)
Hello, You are giving extensive feedback on people games, that’s really. I’d be very happy if you take a look at my game and give some honest opinion. Yeah I know I didn’t add enough level, I will add some in next couple of hour. Here you go: https://strangestudio.itch.io/the-end-is-the-beginning
I already played your game, and it seems you are making games for a long time and I am using Unity for only 5 months. So your feedback will be much valuable to me. Thanks.
*Yeah, the settings menu was intended only for testing purposes, so that I can clear all data and check if everythings OK. I will remove that.
*I should name the ? to tutorial
*Yeah, the light is flikering. Idk why, but maybe its for the bad 3d modelling. I will figure it out.
*The scene was intended to take place in night, so I added as little as possible, but looks like I have to increase the existing lights intensity.
*There was a instructions in the tutorial level about the pink object, my bad it was too small to notice, I wiil increase it.
*As the game is about moving backward, so I didn’t add a moving forward animation.
*I understand too that the menu should be accesible through keyboard. But as I am a newbie in Unity, I have to figure it out gradually. I hope that I will implement them soon.
*I tried something different, thats why the continuous collision detection and the super jump and not double jump. Yes you can skip most of the platforms by super jumping, thats intended.
*Yeah, I should remove the press escape key to continue thingy. I guess in your pc the game loaded in milliseconds, but in older pc it may take some time. Thats why I needed a loading screen.
I really appreciate you to take your time and give such elaborate feedback and pointing out my problems. Thanks.
Cool game I like the music/sounds it is a really calming game. It is harder than it looks i hope you can check out my game: https://janjcl.itch.io/revengeonebos
Having a lot of fun playing your game so far. Really enjoyed the music and the relaxing gameplay.
Kindly checkout my game if you can: https://cade-sayner.itch.io/blueshift
I've already played your game, and really love it! I'm actually surprised how many people decided to make games about rewinding tapes instead of rewinding time.
Here's a link to my game as well: https://tenifayiga.itch.io/overwind
It’s math puzzle game. https://itch.io/jam/brackeys-4/rate/723165 It’s my first game and jam ever. Can You play and rate it? If yes, please read description. (You can play in browser.)
