In what way does your game fit the theme?
In HexIsles the hexagons can get to places together, they couldn't reach alone (e. g. by stacking or combining different abilities). They also shield each other from loneliness, which would cause them to petrify.
Did you write all the code yourself and made all the assets from scratch?
No, I used a free LowPoly Water Asset by Ebru Dogan from the Unity Asset Store and the font Josefin Sans from Google Fonts.

Nice game. A little bit more polish and level and you have a nice mobile puzzle game. Good Job
Thank you!
Fun game nice art style a like the funny sign's. How to play was a bit unclear to me in the beginning.
very fun! I love the art style and the gameplay and the silly sign messages!
Thanks!
Great idea! I just think the timer a little short on first levels while i was getting the ‘hang of it’. Finally i saw someone making good use of hexagonal assets.
Thank u!
This game is great! The mechanics work great, the petrify thing is a great way to incorporate the theme, the music is nice and relaxing! I really liked this game!
Your game definitely deserves to win! If I had any money I would give you a donation! I can see this game being released as a full game on steam or maybe as a paid game on Itch.io
The only problem I has was that the music loop, when it stopped, it was slightly jarring. You may want to just adjust the music so it loops seamlessly.
TYSM! Yeah the music not looping is annoying, but sadly the source file got deleted in a windows restart, so we would most likely have to make new music for a full release
That's too bad about the music.
I look forward to a full release of this game!
This is really fun and clever. Well done. I like the flag text, there's some subtle worldbuilding that pulls us in and really fits the theme.
Thank you! I'm really pleased with the dialog since English isn't my first language.
I played your game too btw! Great job!
Awesome puzzle game! I really enjoyed playing through this! The puzzles were challenging but not overly hard. And the visuals + music are great. The concept is also very unique and fun!
Thanks! Did you make it though the whole game??! I was pretty sure I made the last levels too hard (didn't play test them).
Probably didn't make the tutorials too clear! Ty for playing though!
Fun game, cool art.
Thanks!
Really fun puzzle game with a twist! The levels were pretty challenging! I got stuck on the first level with two tall hexagons haha. Great job!
Yeah the difficulty curve is a bit spiky! Thanks for reviewing!
Funny writing, very well designed level, graphics and audio match well. Just the right amount of hint. Very nice entry! My game features Hexagons too!
Ty! That's so nice!
Love the writing! The sound effects are very satisfying and the graphics have very clear and concise direction. And did I mention the writing?? :) Go hexes!
Thank you! Greetings from the Hex Isles!
Solid gameplay and hilarous plot haha
Thank you! Enjoyed the stream!
Hexagons!
- was my initial thought.
Honestly. I love it. I love the plot (you genius person). The Hexes themselves are relatable, not right-angled enough, but still angled too much to fit...
Why do they collect flags, though? Because... they want to accomplish something of their own? If so... Valid. That's a valid reason. I want to help them. I like these misfits.
Also... PUT IT ON STEAM. SELL THIS. It's effin' great and playable and immersive.
P.S. I ran out of moves at 10th level a few times, but will come back. To fight. For the Hexes!
Wow! You interpreted the story better than I could ever plan it! Thank you for playing!
YOU made it better than you thought you did. Thank YOU for making this game and submitting it here!
You're too nice!
Amazing game! Everything about it is great. The concept, the story, the low poly graphics, the music and the level design! Great work!
That's nice! Ty!
I wasn't expecting that this would be one of my favorite games of the jam, and I certainly wasn't expecting to get a story about belonging from it, but here we are. x)
It's really responsive and the puzzles are well made (couldn't get past level 15 though, I really didn't see how to progress). The idea of hexagons with no adjacent hexagons petrifying makes for a great mechanic to base the puzzles around. The undo button is also really appreciated. The menus are simple yet look really good, which is somewhat rare in game jams. The difficulty increases felt evenly spaced considering there are only 15 levels.
I had an issue though where exiting full screen mode in the web application would delete everything between the first and last characters in the "turns left" text so that it said something like "2 t". Not sure if that's the game or if it's just WebGL being moody.
Overall though, I'm really impressed and looking forward to any updates if you decide to continue with the game in the future! :)
TYSM! I don't think anyone got through LVL15 (the final one btw) without help and I'm honestly surprised you even got there!
The "Turns" Text disappearing is a bug with Text Mesh Pro I even had in the Unity Editor and I couldn't get rid of.
I'm really glad you liked it though!
love this game simple but awesome, i love the graphics too, good work
TYSM!
Good game but I dont see how you could beat the third level, the difficulty spiked incredibly quick! Fun game though :)

Thank you for the feedback!
You can stack the players and move the bottom one to move them together. I hope this helps.
Kinda curious! Did any of you actually beat the whole game? bc the last 5 levels weren't play tested at all and I'm pretty sure the last one is too hard
