Great game. The only points I have to mention were already mentioned by others in the comment section about the linking system visual feedback.

Overall great mechanic that was very well implemented.

Fits the theme very well.

Nice game! The graphics are pleasing, and the core gameplay mechanic is very cool! An issue I had with the game though was visual feedback:

- Need some visual feedback when I'm in linking mode and if I've successfully linked

- Need some visual feedback on which linkling I selected

By the way I really appreciate that you made the swapping mechanic be handled with the mouse! It's a lot more intuitive than all these other games where it's handled by a button

I agree with what other people are saying, in that the linking didn't feel all that intuitive. I was able to get through a few levels and from what I saw, they're very well designed for the mechanics you have. I think it would help if the linkling you have selected was a different color so you know who you're controlling. But overall, great job!

Great little puzzle type game. Controls were a little weird to get used to at first, but after I understood how to hook together properly, it felt really good. I do wish the link you were selected on would light up just a bit so I knew which one I was connected to and whether or not I had properly linked up. I liked it though!

So, I got stuck on the tutorial, the one with the lever. I felt really dumb lol. I tried every combination I could think of, but it wasn't happening!

From what I could play though, it was fun! I think the whole linking mechanic needed a little more work though, like, I was confused for a bit on how to actually link them (even with the text). You had an unlinking visual, but there wasn't anything for linking. I almost feel like, mouse-clicking after hitting "link key", could have worked out a bit better. But not sure.

Overall though, it fits the theme great, and I may come back to this later if I have time to try and see more of it!

Well made game, the mechanismes are really nicely designed.

Music, levels, graphic are all pretty good and it fits the theme 100%.

The cantrollers are not the best feeling ones at the moment, but it is close to be great.

I am honored to have the opportunity to play this game, well done.

Thanks!

Yeah didn't have much time to spend on the controls since the linking feature took more time than expected.

Glad you enjoyed it, and thanks for the feedback :)

This was a really cool concept that I think with a bit more work could be great.

I really like the link mechanic and how it's used to create puzzles.  The puzzles were well thought out and decently hard, I had to really think to get through some of them.  The design of the Linklings all around was really cool too - reminds me of Lemmings.  I really like how creative you can get with shapes when linking as well.

It did take me quite a while to figure out how to get the link mechanic to work.  I really wish there was an indication on-screen of when you are/aren't in Link Mode, similar to what you did for the Unlink Mode (which was great).  And maybe a sound that plays when a link is made to indicate that to the player.  Not knowing when I was linking made some of the inputs very confusing.

Despite that though, really good job.  Definitely fits the theme, runs, and plays well.

Yeah, the linking mechanic/indications really needed some extra work, thought of including the indication as a last minute addition but was too tired to continue working on it :D

Glad it reminded you of lemmings somewhat, that's exactly what I was going for! Spent a lot of my childhood playing that game :)

Thanks for the feedback!

Pretty unique game mechanic! I think this could definitely use some quality of life improvement but nice game.

Oh and the sounds that the Linklings make are absolutely adorable

Glad you enjoyed it!

Yeah, definitely needed some extra time allocated to some quality of life features, such as a linking mode indicator and some movement/collision fixes.

Thanks for the feedback

This was a really fun game and I think it captured the idea of helping together really well. And linkings were so cute and fun to play around with :)
