In what way does your game fit the theme?
Controlling a crowd of people shows that your stronger together, if the crowd becomes too much of one faction, they will turn on each other. because the factions of the town are stronger together.
Did you write all the code yourself and made all the assets from scratch?
My friend did all of the sounds assets and I created the game and the rest of the assets myself from scratch.

It's kinda creative and fun, its quite well made, i have nothing much to say, except that we though the same core mechanics, of a big amount of troops and the click to move, but everything else is thought by you, I was planning on making a game with that core mechanics but instead of town people it was tribe people, hunting, gathering resources, etc, anyway great game, thumbs up!
A small bug fix the camera can go out of bounds, I see that you made the where you click is where the camera goes, one way to fix this is to take the average position of the crowd/people and have its middle and make a 2d raycast can see if can get where you have clicked and if it couldn't reach there, then reach the closest position to where you have clicked and the camera and crowd move to the nearest position, hope that works for you!
Revolution huh...
Nice concept and really fascinating.
Amazing submissions.
I really like the music and visuals of the game. I did not get the thing with factions though, I just walked around the map and killed bad guys. Nice submission :)
yes, nice concept and nice theme view.
I think the concept is interesting.
However, I didn't find the combat very engaging. Navigating around the town is pretty difficult, especially when there's only 5 enemies left and you can't find them.
Cool game and nice concept! I like the joining of the crowd and the smashing of the guards to a corner. Lol. There's two thing that you can improve if you don't mind getting unsolicited criticism.. One, there's no visual feedback for my mouse clicks. Two, I don't think you need that much lights for the torches, they tend to look ugly. You can place just one in the middle of the crowd or set them to be not blocked by the other crowds. Now go make more games!
Criticism is always welcome. yeah this project got a bit away from me time wise, trying to fix bugs and issues made me really cut back on UI and player feedback. And noted with the torches, went for something else but ended up there.
It feels oddly satisfying submerging the guards in a sea of angry townspeople.
My main issues were that the UI was a bit simple, and when there are only a few guards left they're a bit difficult to find. It would really benefit from a minimap or at least some directional indication. Also, the audio often switched between combat and non-combat music even though I was in combat the entire time.
Overall though, the gameplay felt responsive, the concept was unique and it was fun to play. :)
pretty cool game and nice music, nice art! controlling people together always makes them stronger :)
Nice and clean art. The crowd is a cool way of going about the theme.
Pretty nice!
I liked the switching between different songs a lot.
The sprites and everything look good and the gameplay is good fun too.
I also find that it's a good interpretation of the theme!
i can't download it
are you on PC? should look like this in the extraction folder https://imgur.com/a/aBSsEwo
Great game. will play all day.
It feels good to take your town back, especially when you are in a control of a whole mob angry enough to pierce through the full iron clad armor with a pitchfork. Loved that satisfying clanking effect after hitting bad guys:P.
My favourite interpretation of the theme.
I got the citizens to beat the baddies once I quickly learned how to surround them. They copped a beating if they weren't together.
The baddies were fully visible once they appeared on screen, but I still felt uneasy if I could take them on - even with no surprises in the dark theme. The lighting effects did draw me in to the scene quite effectively.
