I can see some immense improvements, it was the right decision to remove falling damage, it gives me an incentive to explore every nook and cranny. The option to skip dialogues is amazing! It's cool to hear them the first time but not over and over again. This time i've managed to reach the color flip zone and meet my new friends *yellow pushing blocks*. Unfortunately, somewhere in between it was the last zone as well.

I don't know if the lack of checkpoints is intentional but for me it's a little drawback. I wish I could just restart on the same zone. It's a chore to start all over again. Maybe some difficulty tweaks for folks like me would help, easy mode, restart mode or something:).

I can't say much about upgrades. Because in games like this one i usually go the power route with double jumps, speed, dash etc. rather than attack and raw damage Upgrades were fine even though dash is too weak for my taste and I didn't have any reasons to use it.

Good luck with the future updates!

Got 543. i know it's probably not that much but i really wanted to see what happens when enemies hit you:D. The gameplay reminded me of old newgrounds games but in 3d. Hitboxes are really weird and sometimes bullets just fly through enemies. The music really sets the mood of the game, in that department you've made the right choice. Well done!

That's actually pretty cool, i can imagine pixel art training game like that with drawing tablet support:D.

What the hell just happened, why, who, for what purpose? I saved my friend and eliminated the villain, that what matters the most!

That title made me do it. 10 limbs out of 10.

I enjoyed playing as Dolph Lundgren and finding another Dolph Lundgren in a cage.10/10

Hey, i've enjoyed that puzzle adventure but.... something has gone wrong, I think i've found a secret racing game inside, if you push buttons too fast, well....he kinda flew into the abyss and now all he can do is smile into it^_^.

Thank you for your feedback! I played your game on stream and rated it 2 days ago:)!

Yeah it is hard:D, thanks for playing!

That voice introduction at the beginningXD! I was suprised it's a UE4 game, i've played almost 70 games on this jam and it's like 2nd or 3rd one made in UE4. The idea is straightforward and fun, what i didn't like is the music, it's very repetitive, poorly mixed and harmony is really off, enough to make me mute the sound, sorry.  I can tell that you have a decent sense of humor. You shoulda abused it to the max and included some inside dialogues with jokes, like soldiers yelling at each other, aliens doing somethin funny and etc. Here is my rating, oh, the rare one of UE4 clan.

Thank you, JK5000, yeah this happens:D

Thank you for playing, Fhy! Nice work with those spooky ghosts!

Thank you very much for trying it out, WinRawr. *As a general rule of thumb, for game jams, you should ideally make your game really, really easy to beat* Well, how should i put it... I learned it a hard way:D. I agree about the coyote time, I didn't think it would be that hard to beat because i've beaten it a few times myself without significant problems(Big mistake!). As for the story, thank you for appreciating it. The game does have an ending ( It has 2! and one pseudo ending if you fall into the pit!), if you're interested here is the video of me beating the game.

Have i finished this game? The Answer Is Yes! Have I enjoyed it immensely? This unit definitely has but it's still learning how to process emotions.

Seriously, I haven't expected such an amazing story-driven game . I have a one nasty weakspot  and it's not a tendon, it's a storytelling expierence.  Right from the start the piano hits you right into your fragile soul and sets up the atmosphere of melancholy and  perplexity.  The art and music bind together  perfectly and send you right to the immersion land. Everything was great. The first time i stepped to the bottom i was like *Why the eerie music all the sudden?* and then i got a decent adrenaline rush:).  Character development is done perfectly. I felt for them and once Heart got damaged by the bramble diving from above  - I knew what was going on. I even got a little bit teary, especially in the end! I also had been recording a video of my gameplay but it looks like it had too many emotions and brambles ate it :(. Well, to be honest I've just failed to push the record button on windows game bar. All the technicalities aside, you are very talented and done an amazing job! You have lots of potentional, i hope you release something like that as a full game one day.

The game makes you feel like a ninja scientist wielding a microscalpel trying to stop a deadly virus from multiplying and taking over the world. I've enjoyed that a lot and almost reached a 4 minutes mark! I wish there were more types of enemies, a miniboss maybe. Overall it was pretty fun.

I've beaten all the levels! As one sage of Mount Ju once said *Thank you so much for including a windowed version*. The best thing I like about your game that it has different solutions, it's always fun to figure out how to beat a game non-intended way. Although, the lack of music is a little bit disheartening, a lil techno would shoot the vibe of the game to the singularity age. The art is simple and well-done, symmetrical just like a solution to one of the levels.

Also, the game definetely needs more mechanics or utilize the old ones more. The idea of upgradeable turrets? Me very likey, but it's only essential in a few levels. The puzzles are fair and engaging, as a person who would dash right to a manual as a child everytime he discovered that to progress further he hard to solve some mystical push boxes there, pull a lever there... they were pretty fun! Though you still had given me a few hints to facilitate the process:). Good job, the grand maestro of reviews Mariothedog!

Hahahha, good to see you Filtrax. Thank you for trying my game! Yeah, I agree, the reason monster picks you up more than once is because it's supposed to give you a chance cause your mice buddies helping you. But i do understand. It's not fun to fall on stones just to get picked up again. Shoulda made it skippable but here we goooo:)

The game reminded me of old school 8-bit megamen games. You beat bosses and get their abilities by turning into them. At first i was trying to beat the turtle by making him hit a wall. Someone on  stream had even suggested to lure him into a pit, lol. Turns out it was all in the the manual and then bam, all the sudden my piggy has badass terminator sunglasses and a minigun.  I loved the art and quirky dialogues. Gameplaywise, i think the game would benifit from checkpoints, since it's a real bummer to accidentally fall into a pit and start right from the beginning. Good job, Nathan!

A very interesting concept, you drag ghosts and merge them together to carry heavier objects. The music and art are great. Honestly, the menu screen gives enough vibes to just stay and there and chill. Gameplay wise i think adding an option to select ghosts seperately would definitely benefit the game.

I've seen this game submitted yesterday on a stream so i decided to play it today. Artwise - just amazing, especially when it tells you to press spacebar and you suddenly realize it's in 3d. The atmosphere, music and art are binding great together. The dialogues made me emotional, though, I still don't understand who is that hooded dude that you meet at the beginning up to the end, is it my emotions, is it just some memories fading away, who knows, maybe it's better that way:). Good work!

The intro is like the tastiest piece on this cake. It's the first game  i've played so far on this jam with a custom song exclusively written for it. The jazzy music and hand drawn art are on point. The puzzles are fun but it stops being fun at level 3. There are too many switches and the camera is too close.

Wow! Mariothedog, it's the longest review i've ever seen, thank you very much, I even gonna save all these into a txt file.  Thank you very much for trying that hard and giving attention to all the details.  Yes, the mice save you, and indicators were supposed to be there but i ran out of time. SFX do have only a few variations. I tried to make them appear on every letter but I had a nasty bug and had no time to fix it so I decided to stay with a few ones. As for beating the game, it's possible. I left the difficulty as it is cause i managed to beat it myself a few times(Big mistake, many people made the same mistake. Turns out it's easier to beat your own game cause you already know what damages you and what path to go). For the ending, here is the video of me beating the game!

Hahaha, thanks for playing! There is a shift button to sprint, without it there is no way it can be beaten.

Well, I gladly report that The Evil Dairy King has been slained by me jumping on his head. The game is fun and the puzzles are not that hard,  considering I don't really play puzzle games. There is a bug with a platform and a mouse but you've seen that on the stream already. Good job!

The game captures *cold viking atmosphere* really well. It's fun to slice bad guys with an axe but it gets extremely hard if you're not using the second player. The lack of  a proper camera rotation on the first player is not benifiting the game since the other half of the screen is occupied by the 2nd player, it's hard to keep track of everything that's happening. It's possible that with 2 players as intended the experience would be drastically different.

I tried to use both players with no  success in that department, but my micromanagement is not that good. One of the strong points - the game has a plot and dialogues with characters speaking vernacular of the time the game is set in.

Oh, Filtrax, I've probably mixed up something, it was late on yesterday stream, i don't quite remember the number, I mean that one where i really tried and we read the poem on the menu in the end!

The game reminded me of sega genesis era, it's a pretty unique twist on Turn-based combat system which I adore infinitely.  I couldn't finish the game cause my attack power wasn't enough to beat my opponent. In my opinion, i think it has all the chances to be stand alone and successful with some extra story elements and refined mechanics. Good job!

A really polished game that reminds me of portal! The recording idea is pretty cool, it was fun watching myself walking like a flamingo on the side thinking  *Hey! I control my character better than that!* Puzzles are not super easy and require some thinking but not that hard at the same time for people like me who don't really play this type of games. And the music really adds a lot to the atmosphere. Good job, guys!

Hey, i've made it pretty far, *wait for the water blast to finish and you have 4 seconds window*!.  The game would benifit from some checkpoints and a health bar.

It was pretty challenging for a person like me who's not really familiar with puzzle type games. I even had to get some help to solve a few. Great game, fo7sius!

I grind so much and got so far, but in the end it doesn't even matterr. I've played this like half an hour on stream, it was fun as hell. And this game has special secret ending for those who don't want help:), btw, thanks for helping with those puzzles!

It was hard at level 4,

God knows I just tried  but no,

Demons crawled to me to play

They just found another way

Engaging atmosphere and story.

It was fun!:)

Hahha, thanks for checking it out, yeah, they are not really starving, it was more of a comedy plot, A button to call them is actually a pretty good idea, woulda solved long cutscenes and add some interaction. Thanks for the feedback!

Already said everything on stream, hard and satisfying:), Good Job!

Bxg, I agree, i barely playtested the platforming segment, I ran out of time like many others. I've patched it already but we all know the rules of the jam. I will definitely try to avoid those mistakes next time. Thanks for checking it out and your constructive feedback!

Oh, Nathan, thank you for checking it out! I will definitely try your game tomorrow and write the feedback.

The best dash simulator i've ever played, hehe.

It's a decent horror with fitting pixel art, the only problem i had is that sometimes i didn't know where to go, but overall game plays like one of those horror games for popular youtubers and that's a compliment:)!
