In what way does your game fit the theme?
If you don't kill enemies fast enough you will be in the middle of a chaos. Also a lot of bullets are flying, enemies with different speeds and health running at you etc.
Did you write all the code yourself and made all the assets from scratch?
Yes. But I did use a few coding tutorials.

Thank you! I checked out your game too now!
Very polished and easy to pick up, unlike my game
Thank you for the feedback!
The sound is so juicy and the screenshake on point, feels really good to play it.
My recommendation, power ups, maybe some enemies drop them and it will let you increase your vision ratio for a few seconds, even a wild one that makes everything have color.
Awesome game, well done.
Thank you for the feedback! Yeah, power ups would have been great, a power up which makes you shoot faster would also be nice. Glad you enjoyed!
Great polished game! Few improvement likes vision could be a bit wider so enemies wouldn't sneak up as easily, and maybe a levels system. Loved the effects and post-processing

Thank you for these suggestions and thanks for playing too :)!
Really nice game. The torch mechanic was well implemented, but it was really hard to kill those squares.
Thank! Haha yeah, that will cause the chaos!
Art is really simplicit, audio is nice, gameplay tends to be boring realquick as therenothing to do except shooting. Was fun though!
Thanks for the feedback!
Great entry, and the chaos is well represented. Nice minimalistic approach and the lights and night makes the atmosphere really cool. One thing that would be nice to have, is that after you die, to see some sort of result, as it is hard to keep the eye on death count and once you die it is gone :) But that is hardly a complaint. Really nice entry
Yeah thinking back I wish I made the death screen to show statistics :P, others have also suggested it. But yeah, I am very glad to hear you liked it!
i was just holding left click and killing squares, but graphics is best and damn those small squares!!
Hahaha, nice, thank you for playing and rating!
Very interesting concept, gameplay and cool looking visual but I hope there're more gimmicks and enemies to having fun.
Also have you ever heard of this cool game, Chaos Variants? you should totally try it out and rate it!

Thank you!
I think this is my favorite submission so far, although the skill ceiling seems to be a little low. I think it could do with an easy medium and hard mode but it's very fun to play how it is. My high score is about ~490 ~510, I didn't see it right when I died, which is another thing, I wish it told me my score at the end of each round. Fits the theme perfectly and I love the concept of having to constantly check your surroundings.
Yes, difficulty option would have been great to have thinking back. Death screen showing stats would also have been great, this way the player might be more motivated to keep playing and keep trying to beat the previous kill amount. Very happy do hear you liked it! Also, your high score is bigger than mine :P. Awesome to see so many people suggesting awesome ideas! Thank you :).
This truly is chaos. I like the new spin to the genre with the glowing bullets. The only thing i would improve are more control about the audio. But very intense and funny game.
I will do my best to give the player more control over the volume by making a slider or onoff button next time! Thank you for playing and giving feedback!
Super tight gameplay and very cool graphics! amazing job!
Thanks for playing!
Simple but very nice and clean looking. The winning strategy seems to be to wildly spin in all direction while shooting to see enemies coming up which is kind of disorienting. Maybe instead of shooting giving light you had to choose between light and shooting.
Definitely an interesting suggestion. Thank you for the feedback!
Super cool graphics! Simple but effective gameplay. Little guys might've been a bit too fast, they can really sneak up on you.
I might should have made like different game modes (easy, normal, hard) with different enemy health and speeds. Thank you for playing and suggestion!
Beautifully polished submission!
All the visual juice and postprocessing gave the game so much character! The use of 2D lighting combined with well-designed graphic elements took the simple mechanics and made them very satisfying!
Iโm interested to see how you might build on the game design and sound mixing in the future!
Thank you! Next time I will definitely try to add volume sliders too, but because I am still seeing nightmares from one of my previous projects(android) UI creation, I wanted to do it simply as I can this time :D.
Fun the volume is a lot loud and intense. but overall fun.
Yeah, I should have made an volume slider. Thank you for the feedback!
Nice one! :)
I really liked your graphics :D
Keep it up!
Thank you :)!
i love how simple the game looks but still can deliver some good gameplay
Thank you!
Love the visuals of this game. I think having score instead of kills and having the big guys give you more points would give more incentive to kill them. The way it is now that tradeoff in lacking visibility is not worth going after the bigger enemies.
Yeah having a score instead of kills might indeed be better, I actually also thought about that but when I tried implementing it, my code got a bit too messy and I abandoned the idea :D. But people keep suggestion something similar so I might change it or maybe I will just use this idea in my future games. Anyways thank you a lot!
