I like it quite a bit, you really hit the nail on the head in terms of the theme. The graphics and audio are solid, however I couldn't progress past the first level after I ran out of things to destroy.

Submitted

Pretty fun, although near the end I had no clue how to progress, and my score only got up so high before I couldn't find anything else to destroy.

I couldn't kill enough chickens in the second level. The Ui was also broken, but I know very well how hard it is to fix the UI. Fun though. Good job.

I really  like the introduction, it has a very fancy style, that well complemented by the music. The visuals are also very pretty, you made a good choice.

The game itself is simple but enjoyable. I'm not so sure about the point system though. It feels like it's too hard to get enough to pass the level. I would have just used them as an high score, not as a requirement.

Great execution for the theme. Love the whole art style and sound design, It worked perfectly!

I think With the difficulty curve the first level is absolutely the most difficult.  It took me a few attempts to do it but when I moved on the game didn't feel like it was getting any more difficult so I breezed through the other two levels.

Nothing is more satisfying than dropping a giant hammer on chickens! I think you could even add more feedback like a pop when it hits

Overall it's very fun and even more impressive considering the time frame.

Really well done theme! Couldn't figure my way past the first level though

Very pretty game. The poor dying chicken sounds were amusing. The spreading fire between objects was cool.

I felt the hammer animation wasn't strong enough. It feels like someone slightly holding back their strike to deal less damage.

Waiting for the cooldown on my attack is boring, especially when there's nothing else to do. I suggest giving the player an instantly repeatable attack in addition to a cooldown attack so the player always has access to some attack. Maybe when you unlock a new cooldown attack, the previous cooldown attack becomes the player's rapid attack, triggered by the right mouse button.

It seems like sometimes there are invisible chickens. I hear them, but don't see them anywhere on the level.

I feel Bad for the chickens

I love that the first task is to exterminate chickens with a satanic firestorm. Beautiful

A very good game that perfectly fits the topic

SOOOO THIS is awesome! Wish it was longer lol The main menu music was a nice touch to the contrast of the theme.

Fun game! I enjoyed playing it :)

Fun game! It has good visuals and sfx. and It is satisfying to blow everything up.

However, I was stuck on the first level (which is a bit frustrating). Maybe reducing the number of points needed, or change the way they're counted.

P-S: on the main menu and the intro, I can see the camera's background, which breaks the immersion

Submitted

I'm also stuck on the first level

It feels a little bad that "blowing up, killing everything, and burning it all to a crisp" isn't enough points to win.

It's really satisfying to just overlook everything and blow it up though

The intro was a bit long but I enjoyed it too

As promised I came back to try it again and this time it work so I don't know what went wrong last time. I realy enjoyed just playing the game it's very satisfying to just blow up stuf in this game. I did have a problem that I coudn't get past the first level. I was always a few points short of the mark that I needed to hit. I don't know if there is somekind of way to increase the point that you get but if there is some kind of explanation would have been nice. But for the most part the game was great fun to play good job!!

Developer

Thanks! You should be able to clear the first level by burning the house after it's blown up.

The premise sound fun but when I want to go to the game I get a 404 error. did you publish the game page game? Ill check it out at a later point so hopefully it is fixed by then. Good luck!

Do you know if it's okay to reupload the game with fixes after the deadline?

I don't now either. this is my first time joining a game jam. but I don't think it hurts to try.
