How does you game fit the theme?
Monsters... are the bed? Cabinets turning into deadly creatures? None of this is real, it cant be... right?
Did you write all the code and made all the assets from scratch?
All code, art, and sfx were made from scratch during the 7 day window

The concept is really nice, and I love the main menu and cutscene at the beginning! The monsters look very cool, I like how the furniture changes in to them. The gameplay itself was a bit difficult, I didn't really understand what I had to shoot or avoid. It would be nice if you could skip the game over cutscene, because now I spend more time waiting for it to end than I got to play before I was game over again :).
The art of the game is awesome! Such a cool concept!
The game was really nice , enjoyed it totally while playing
I really like the art style, the gameplay was great. With some more polish this could be a really great game. Good jaob!
The cut paper art is lit, and I love how it transitions from pixel art to paper! That said, I too just ran all the way to the left and stood on the bed and then just stayed there, which does kind of ruin it.
Loving the art style and opening animations. Definitely some challenging gameplay to get used to. If this was a full game, the demo would definitely be a mid-story boss fight haha.
Really cool game!
Took me a while to get used to it, but I enjoyed it, the look/papercraft feel really helped set the scene, and the transition at the start was amazing. With some extra and tweaked audio, it could be an incredible experience.
Art really stunning, and like others said gameplay needs more features. btw why "J" key to interact?)
love the way the monster hints at what attack he is about to do but i think the player moves too slow compared to the mosters attack. this leads to some situaltions were you're going to get hit no matter what you do
The game aesthetics were really good, remind me of puella puella madoka magica
but the gameplay it self, was arriving to the bed monster and just hitting the hit key on reapeat until I won,
The transition going out of bed was amazing, I think the gameplay needs more things to do
Nice job
Very nice art. There are some glitches but very nice game. Rated it! If possible do rate and play my game :)
Amazing art! Keep it up.
Ok, the art in this game is astonishing: a mix of pixel art and real life that complements each other in order to create a psychedelic scenario, making this project even more fitting to the theme than it already is. Transitions were done in an amazing way too! I just wish the game had more SE's and BGM's for further immersion.
Also, I got a few issues during the game:
- This is must be a Unity WebGL bug: The game ran in 3 ~ 5 frames per second for me (Edge). But don't worry, I still played until the end!
- I always get stuck in the fetal position. While in fetal position, all I can do is move, so I always ended up dying really quick in the nightmare, until I found the next item in this list.
- It's possible to move away from any scene by going all the way to the left.
Lastly, the ending was heartbreaking, but I really enjoying playing through your game, so nice job!
You can just go maximally to the left and keep hitting the bed and the monsters and stars won't hit you
Good graphics and the transition at the beginning though
And THAT ^^^ is why you need lots of playtesters. Ooops.
Everyone, pretend like you didn't read this. :-)
the part where you get off the bed and reality changes is epic. It looks so good and feels awesome to play through.
The art is so good and the gameplay is challenging
Nice job, I liked the game. I would've liked some music tho.
Please rate our game as well!
We ran into some Unity memory leak issues... and by the time they were resolved music was completely off the table. :-(
