How does you game fit the theme?
The loss of your best friend brought an oppertunity for a demonic entity to take control and manipulate you in to doing its will unknowingly. It has always been with you waiting for an oppertunity it had been granted.

Did you write all the code and made all the assets from scratch?
Code/Art/Models/Music are all owned by the creators.
SFX were mostly from freesound.org.

I really loved the art style it was looking so good!

the game was very fun and interesting the only down side was "The Hunt" (and even the food delivery) the player should have been much much faster which made this game a bit boring while going that slow, other then that I really enjoyed it! insane work!!

Fair criticism, it does take a bit long to walk to granny's house and back. We might consider upping the movement speed when we are allowed to update the game.

I admire what you did with the environment. The fact that it looks like someone has somehow scribbled a 3d environment is something that I just found so impressive. And it is accompanied by a wonderful rest of the game! Fantastic job you should be proud of yourselves

Thank youuuu! I worked mainly on the shading, lighting and the VFX of this game! If it was not for the texture artist going for hand drawn like that I never would have thought about making a shader like this.

Great work! The game looks and sounds amazing and the ending was absolutely unexpected! I almost wish there was a "good" ending with those cookies but that isn't how horror works haha

It's great! As everyone have said, the graphics were cool and unique. Audio was really good too, I loved that the music changes depending on what room and situation you are in and seemed to deteriorate over time. Over all a really impressive game and definetely one of my favorite games from any game jam.

Neat game! As others have said, the graphics are really cool and unique. Movement feels good too. Web version has an issue when I enter the first unlocked room (Chrome browser). Other than that, great submission all around!

Thank you! The art is drawn in a layout we can unwrapp UVs around, so we recieve the texture, throw it in blender and create a model around it, we then unwrap the uvs of that model to fit the texture and that gives us the look you see.

The crosshatched shadows were done via shader from NekOz.

Nice game, SUPER cool graphics, the browser version crashed every time I entered the kitchen, but the windows version worked great, overall nice experience!

the only actual issue is the bug with controls, but everything else is great! I like graphics, audio, this atmosphere. Definitely great job!

You might want to try the downloadable version, WebGL has some issues outside of our control.

This game is so cool! Nice art style. Great creepy atmosphere. Nice story.

The only issue i had is the control, where it's so stuttery, i can't going to the opposite direction, so i had to face forward till the end of the game.
