How does you game fit the theme?
The loss of your best friend brought an oppertunity for a demonic entity to take control and manipulate you in to doing its will unknowingly. It has always been with you waiting for an oppertunity it had been granted.
Did you write all the code and made all the assets from scratch?
Code/Art/Models/Music are all owned by the creators.
SFX were mostly from freesound.org.

Very pretty
Really good game, the sound very well done looks great too really enjoyed it
Absolutely amazing game made in 1 week, i love the hand drawn artstyle of the game, its quite unique and i've never seen that before. played thru many times to get all of the dialogue from the different characters. i loved how the music got more distorted each night and could hear more of the whispers. Well made! Jimmy sus
Really cool style! The tasks are interesting enough to keep the player going! The FOV is kinda too low, but other than that, a decent game. Good Job!
Cool game, very immersive
I can't believe it was made in a week. Astonishing.
I have an issue with the movement in the browser, otherwise nice game design and nice art
What is the issue? Been getting a few comments about issues with movement but still gotta ask you. Tried playing in full screen (Solves a few issues in WebGL)? Tried the Windows/Linux/Mac version (Far more stable than WebGL and lighting works more as intended)?
I had a weird issue with movement on the browser. The keys just mapped to different directions and it was sometimes too slow like it's stuck and just weird (I assume something movement not being mapped to the global rotation but I'm not even sure)
The art style is really good and the music is nice. although reducing the music volume doesn't reduce the volume also increasing it too much ruins it 😂
but it's a cool idea. Just the movement thing makes it a bit unplayable sometimes.
WebGL is having a ton of weird issues that is out of our control. Have you tried playing in fullscreen (This commonly fixes camera controls and other stuff in WebGL games)? Have you tried the Windows version? Movement is keymapped to WASD and these issues are not present on the Windows version.
Yes I tried the windows build too
The movement is just a bit janky. So if I walk forward and then look to the side then it gets randomly stuck and moves super slowly or feels like it's fighting me. Other times w moves left and d moves back and it gets really weird.
Yeah ok, this is realllyyy weird.
Wait, ok, what keyboard layout are you using? Do you use something like AZERTY that differs from QWERTY? Still no idea what could make the movement stick like that though.
Is anyone else having issue with movement? I get stuck sometimes. This happens at house and street, it becomes unplayable. But the art and sound design is very well. Unfortunately I cant go that much to see how player being "not alone" but game looks very nice.
Do you get stuck in objects? Or while walking around on just floor? If playing through WebGL, please try the Windows/Linux/Mac version as we are having tons of weird issues with WebGL.
Amazing! I really loved the art for the game and the idea, the sound effects were super good! thanks for submitting this fun game, great job man :D
I really liked the design and audio, so creative! for me it was a little bit slow but overall it was great!
Very good stuff. I love the overall feel and theme of this game. The SFX was spot on. I echo a few other sentiments of the character moving a tad slow. Nevertheless, this was VERY well done.
I simply love the artstyle ! the gameplay is a bit too slow, and we feel very small in the house, maybe this was intended. Anyways, a great submission overall ! Congrats !
The disproportionate scale is intentional, it’s a sort of hint to the games weirdness and a subtle nod that something is not right. Thank you for playing!
Haven't seen this artstyle before but now I'm in love with it!
Unfortunately I'm getting an error every time I walk into the kitchen D: (WebGL).
Yeah, people have had some issues with WebGL. This is why we recommend downloading the Windows/Linux/Mac version.
I really loved the art style it was looking so good!
the game was very fun and interesting the only down side was "The Hunt" (and even the food delivery) the player should have been much much faster which made this game a bit boring while going that slow, other then that I really enjoyed it! insane work!!
Fair criticism, it does take a bit long to walk to granny's house and back. We might consider upping the movement speed when we are allowed to update the game.
my face after 'The Hunt'
Well that was rollecoaster. Amazing style, amazing game! Poor granny :(
We also feel bad for doing granny dirty like that :(
How could you, all she wanted to do was give you cookies and make sure you were okay…
I admire what you did with the environment. The fact that it looks like someone has somehow scribbled a 3d environment is something that I just found so impressive. And it is accompanied by a wonderful rest of the game! Fantastic job you should be proud of yourselves
Thank youuuu! I worked mainly on the shading, lighting and the VFX of this game! If it was not for the texture artist going for hand drawn like that I never would have thought about making a shader like this.
Well that really paid off! It looks fantastic and for me I just love that style!
Great work! The game looks and sounds amazing and the ending was absolutely unexpected! I almost wish there was a "good" ending with those cookies but that isn't how horror works haha
Love our art
