Its fun. I liked using the orb. And the visuals are good. Some more enemy types would add more variety to the game if you wanted to improve it later.
Yep, I really wanted to have a couple more enemies, but items were easier to make and brought more content arguably, so I went for those, thanks for playing :>

Very impressive! The game is very polished and the gameplay is simple but fun. The rougelike element is interesting and the music and SFX work well. Overall very well done.

Really nice one! The whole concept is really good, with the falling islands and the orb, and the upgrades, loving it! The sounds may need more oomf tho, but maybe it's just me. Really like the music!
Overall pretty great, nicely polished, one of my favorite ones so far!

I love the concept of the falling islands. The art style is simple, yet it doesn't hold back on flair and personality in the animations. The audio and visual feedback is superb, and the bullets definitely gave me hell. Great job, ne_mene and team!
Good fun and lovely looking game. The dynamic islands are a great use of the theme. I didn't understand the orb thing at first, I kept shooting at it at the end of a stage, wondering if it would ever die! Could have done with another enemy type or two, or some variant bullet patterns to mix things up and make it even more hellish, but it's still a polished and punchy game. Well done.
Yeah, i could have squeezed some more content in the last 2 days in form of enemies, but I decided to do items as i could add a bunch easily, definitely should have spiced it up with some kind of new enemy or crystal pattern.

Honestly really good game! I loved how you implemented the long ranged attack through the ball coming back around the player every x secs. The terrain evolution was very nice. Congrats.

Really well made, had lots of fun playing it, the randomly generated islands also create a good feeling of "newness", and the way to attack the enemies is also really creative haha, very nice game, good job!

Yeah i wanted more enemies but was running out of time so i filled in that gap with items which were much easier to make, i ran out of time before getting the second enemy in.

I had a lot of fun playing this one. The controls are pretty good, and it was SO satisfying killing lots of enemies at once after getting the double-sized orb powerup. The game has graphical consistency and gorgeous visuals and effects.

Fantastic game, stranger ne_mene. The player feels a good sense of progression when beating waves, although not all is clear. Frequently I find myself trapped on a sinking island, and I simply don't see where the other one is, so I simply perish. Another thing, the ball's timing before returning is not clear to the player, nor is it's pickup radius. The way the ball is thrown feels similar to a boomerang, which makes it's oddly slow return feel off and unnatural. The ball itself when returned is held at such a distance from the player, it feels weird to have it so far in front when the player is locked to such a small island. The upgrades are static sprites so they don't feel too special other than a simple color contrast from the island and enemies. The items themselves also don't convey their use too well either. When I saw those wings I instantly thought "LETS GO I CAN'T FALL IN THE VOID" and promptly threw myself off the edge and grabbed it, thoroughly disappointed at it's true ability. Even so, the particles and polish are great, and a healthy amount of different sounds is even better. Fantastic submission.
