Like the concept and the audio is super satisfying. I think the side to side movement vs the front and back movement threw me off a bit, but overall great job!

Developer

Thanks for playing! I admit the side-to-side movement is janky, and I am working on fixing it.

A nice little asteroid game!

It feels like the difficulty ramps up pretty quickly. Or I’m just not that good at the game.

I think it would be helpful to display the name of the pickup you just got so you have an idea of what it does. One turned me red and another turned me blue but I don’t know what that means.

Developer(+1)

I was worried players would get bored if the ramp-up was slow, so I might have overdone it. I agree it is confusing and I am working on an update that adds the display text and hints, thanks for playing and the feedback!

The controls are pretty interesting as I found it pretty easy to accidentally drift into the planets. My strategy was to only accelerate forward and guide using the mouse, but otherwise I  would not touch the gas at all and to treat it like a stationary shooter ;p

Developer

Valid strat honestly xD thanks for playing!

Nice game, but I would appreciate some particle effect when destroying planets, cause there is no feeling in it and maybe automated gun, cause my mouse is bleeding after clicking LMB 213213 times during the run.

Developer

Thank you! I appreciate the feedback. I agree about the particle effect, and the automated gun is a power-up you can find in-game, I wanted to add some hints and signposts to indicate that but couldn't get it done in time.

The way the planets come swirling down is cool, though I sure hope none of those planets was Earth.

Developer

Thank you! I somehow broke the spawning system a few hours before the deadline and had to redo it from scratch. Glad you like it.

About Earth, I can neither confirm nor deny if it is among those planets.
