Love the traditional take on the genre. The ui and color selection was excellent. It also felt very smooth.

Would love to see a bit more juice and impact effects. Overall, great game!

Developer

You're 100% correct in that it could really use more juice. Glad you like all the other stuff! :)

The visuals very well done. Your game represented the fighter style bullet hell perfectly. The difficulty was a little too easy for my taste. The controls and feel was very polished. It wasn't clear if the beam cannon was working properly.

Lovely work! Great submission!

I appreciate the feedback. We made it harder originally, but we couldn't beat it as intended (not that either of us are super into bullet hells, but it's no fun to only lose). It was a last minute change, but I wanted to make sure people could finish it. ;)

Cool game. I love the visuals, audio and the short, intense gameplay. :)

Also, you really nailed the theme, as there are consequences all over the place.

Developer

Thanks, a lot! We struggled quite a bit to make the consequences meaningful, so I'm glad they came through. :)

Well done part of me wishes I made a more traditional game like this - nice job retro as.

Developer

Thanks. You're correct in that yours wasn't necessarily "traditional," to put it mildly. ;)

Quick, short, and simple! Very smooth gameplay overall 👍

Developer

Thanks, Terrorcrest! It was a nightmare to get it finished, but I'm glad it felt smooth to you. :)
