Smart idea and use of cheats. It's just a bit too much work. I am glad you made your video ^^
If you find a way to implement the cheat code ingame, it would be a great revival of the cheatcode we used in the 90s (like typing GODMODE). But I guess you are looking for more complex/fun mechanics.

It miss some sounds, but the graphics are great !

Thanks, I tried my best to get it closer to how it works in the real world. This tool should work with other games, so I tried making it the primary feature in mine. I'm glad you played!

Yeah uhm, the final boss can be a bit difficult. I'm also not sure why you expect that people will download an extension to finish the game, since lot's of people will not even play a game if they have to download it. Perhaps you can find a way to integrate this into the game itself. It would also be nice if you could add some sfx's and music to the game.

I was worried about this, which is why I made the video - so that people could watch the solution without needing to get the extension. If possible, I would like to make the process in the game, but it won't be the same as the raw feeling of breaking a game (which also works on other web assembly games). Thanks for the feedback though!

Rated - Interesting idea for sure!  It's not really fun for me trying to do the chrome app hacking, but I'm sure for some it is engaging.  Awesome take on the theme!  Great job~  Please check out my entry if you have time. Good day!

That's cause you gotta cheat! If you're still curious on how to do it, check the video in the game's description. Though it doesn't seem like it, there's a way to beat the whole game.

That was a really unique and cool idea! It was a risky move, and without your Youtube tutorial I wouldn't have gotten far haha. But for users who are more experienced with this sort of webgame hacking I'm sure it'd have been recieved well! The pixel art was all awesome too- really capturing the baddass feel of the enemy gunman- and when he first unleashed the unfair volley it was like "Oooooh shit" as I cowered behind cover. It's a shame about the time pressure cutting music out but the game still stands strong artistically :) 

Also thankyou for the impromptu Cetus tutorial haha!

This game was so creative! :D I had to watch your video to understand the correct way to use the extension but once I got it, I felt so powerful manipulating the values in the game! >:3

I really love the art style, it has similarities to Titan Souls!

At first I was like oh ok, this game is nice. Until the bad guy said "you cant defeat me" and saw a lot of bullets my jaw drops xD. Love a lot the mechanics <3 don't know if the game have audio but at least for me I couldn't hear any sounds or music. Overall love it. Simple but fun!

Thanks! Were you able to beat the game? I have a full play-through video in the description if you want to see the ending/solutions. Also, I wasn't able to add sound though I really wanted to. Maybe next time!
