It looked nice, but sadly I was very lost gameplay wise.
Atmospheric and creepy little escape room. The game is very dark even with all the candles on and the interacting seems a bit finicky at times. The room is well designed though. Overall this is really impressive for two days of development.
Thank you so much for your feedback. We didn’t have enough time to refine the interactions, and we wish we could have offered you a smoother gameplay experience. Thank you for your kind comments and for playing our game.
I tried playing for around 20mins but could not figure out 2/3 puzzles so some better direction in that part would have been nice. Once I got the crowbar I used it on the boarded up window but the crowbar vanished and nothing happened. This game is very clearly just an asset flip but if you are gonna use flipped assets you gotta make sure they all have visual cohesion. Also the raycast for looking at interactable objects is very rough and half the time It just didnt work. The game just needed more work :(
Thank you for playing our game and leaving a review. We did our best with the limited time we had, and we're aware of the issues you mentioned. We'll work to improve them. None of us are artists, so we used assets to speed up the process and focused on creating atmosphere. It might have appeared as you mentioned, and we'll learn from your feedback to avoid that in the future. Thanks for your valuable critiques.
