The animations and artwork look very good. We enjoyed the movement, gliding the most!

This game was very fun! Great movement feel and level design. Some parts were very difficult but it always felt possible.

nice work!

This is a very satisfying game to play. The wall jumps and physics feel clean. I do wish there was some sprint or dash mechanic, though. That always adds a good deal of depth to platformers!

Thank you for the game! Do tell me, there are just 4 Wind Spinners? Because I've found 4 and I don't know if there are more of them? Should they Open something or maybe reveal something secret? My Friend's Ass is on the stakes!!!

Developer(+1)

There are 5 of them and every one activates a candle in your house. But that is all they do.
I don't know how your friends ass is involved in this but I hope you can figure it out lol.

Thanks for answering, I've found only 4 :(

Crazy amount of polish for the time you had.

This is by far the best game here we've seen. The movement is perfectly balanced, good puzzles and a sense of big personal adventure. This was such an epic moment when I climbed to the top of the hill at the right and glided through autumn sky :) Artstyle, color palette use and overall design is magical! Windmill mechanics are great and makes you invested in the level design. Day and night cycle - this is something I've never seen before and it just makes everything much more real and "in-the-moment".

The only thing I would suggest to fix is spikes design - it really blends into the background, and sometimes you notice them at the last moment.

Thank you for the game <3

Developer

Thank you so much for the feedback. You are right the spikes are a bit hard to spot sometimes.
Thank you for playing :D

Best one so far. Amazing Game! I too love everything about it. I gave up in the last stretch though - was too tired and it got so hard.

Developer

Fair enough. As long as you enjoyed your experience until that point. Thanks for playing :D

Very much so!

Amazing! ^^ I love everything about it, really well polished, the mechanics are intuitive and well made. The art &  music and whole style are a vibe, fantastic work!

I made it to the end, that last bit was brutal compared to everything else :') I found 4 or 5 little windmills, is there something you unlock for finding them all?

Again great work! :)

Developer(+1)

every one of them turns on a candle in your house. Nothing substantial, just a little extra detail.
Thank you for playing. Glad you enjoyed it :)

Super cool game! The windmill mechanic is unique and well executed. Also that death animation is hilarious.

Great game. Fun and challenging

This is a fantastic game, well polished, great art, simple sounds. This belongs in the top 10.

Really polished submission, love it. The mechanics all worked together really well, visuals are super nice and autumn-y.

The nighttime transition was cool the first time but on that last section it caused me some problems since it caused the cannon shots to blend in with the large windmill. That last section was definitely a large spike in difficulty and took me a significant amount of time to get through

On the section after you have to drop all the way down, I spent way too long assuming that the windmill being turned by the wind would eventually bring a platform back down that I could then ride back up to the top

Thank you for checking out my game. And congrats for beating it. I want my games to be challenging but not too frustrating to make players quit and trying to strike that balance is really tough.

Loved your submission as well btw.

Liked the character and colours. Took a while to get used to the controls.

Really nice, kind of cozy version of Super meet boys but with more interesting mechanics !

Thank you for playing. Glad you liked it :D

I hate that I like your game more than my own. For a 2 week game jam, this seems really polished. I really like the hanging wall mechanic you made for getting over obstacles, and the player animations are great. Did you make the sprite yourself?

Developer(+1)

Thank you for the praise. I'm going to check out your game as soon as I can.

And yes I made everything except for a few sounds myself.

Great game.

Great little platformer, feels really nice to play. The music is especially cozy, totally my vibe.

Beautiful game. astounding the level of polish it had for such a short time.

Other than the default movement speed being just a hint too slow, I can't say anything else.

Solid game. Top tier.

Brutal difficulty ramp close to the top, with sparse checkpoints.
