The character sprites are really creative, I love it! The music/sounds are really chill. More deeper gameplay loop and more upgrades would have been great, but this game is already really fun for a 3 day game jam game.
I think I maximized my town for profit, not for cozyness 😅
If I'm not mistaken, the shop cannot be clicked anymore if there are numbers in front of it.
I loved how the carrots erupted from the fields. Really made me laugh :)
Everything lines up perfectly in this game. Phenomenal job at creating a comfortable yet alien atmosphere. The gameplay is simple and extremely effective because me monkey like click thing and make sound and move. 5 stars on all categories, well done.
Is this what it feels like to win at capitalism? LOL This was a lot of fun and very humorful and charming! Watching the numbers grow with the great VFX and SFX feedback felt very satisfying! And I really appreciated the visual novel style poses of the characters :D
Super fun, funny and creative entry! I loved the humor and the surprisingly addictive gameplay beneath it all! I usually don't like management games because it feels like there's too much grinding, but I really liked that making money was actually really fast and easy in this game. The 2D character animations are a great idea and added to the charm. Being able to blow up my world when I won was also a fun surprise! Good job and thanks for participating in the jam!

Loved seeing those numbers explode. Pretty too! I was fair in my expansion with half farmland and half houses. They did not need roads :)

Awesome game! We ended up with pretty similar layouts for our tiles lol, I ended up filling the whole screen with low-income housing pretty quick and just watching the number tick up was fun.
I can imagine you expanding this and adding more upgrades / structures and resources pretty easily, excited to see what you y’all come up with next! loved the sprites especially.
Edit: Forgot to mention but the exploding tiles are so neat! makes me want to get back into 3d games.

This has so much polish, really impressive. I love the character animations. I would have liked to see something get in the way of me winning; as it was I just kind of clicked on a lot of items and waited for my score to hit $10k. I’m sure with enough time you would have implemented something like that though; this is impressive as is for the time given.
