Gloo just seems like a silly guy, so I made a silly, bouncy bassline and the project kinda formed from there.

Love to Toby Fox inspiration! Great job keeping the piece fun, yet intense for a battle!
I love how you "made a silly, bouncy bassline and the project kinda formed from there" - that is just what a boss like Gloo asks from you! The different vocals add just that bit of weirdness to it that it needs, and the other instrument also sound quite derpy. It sounds as it should: a funny boss fight. Nicely done :D
The Vocals were just the "Paah" sounds from the NSMB series, they were kind of a last-minute addition because i didnt want it to be just a total repeat when the loop happens.
I really like the choice of instruments. You used vintage sounds like synth brass and orchestra hits, and it sounds like a good SNES game OST.
You've done a great job of mixing the different melodies to make a punchy, coherent piece of music.
Coming back to the sounds, it's nice that there are voices.
The music is catchy and fits Gloo's description well.
"Come on!" :)
You know, I think I'm gonna have to agree that Gloo is a silly guy. Also, I wanted to ask if you used the Mario 64 sound font because that's what it sounds like and I want to know if I'm correct.
Yeah, for the trumpet and EPiano. Nice ear!
Very silly sounding, which fits the look of the character lol.
That's what i was going for, lol. Glad to see i hit the mark :)
Love all the directions this goes in! The main melody is really good and I love how you build around it every time it comes back
Normally (like this time) I have no clue what im gonna do when i start a song other than a main genre or theme. So thats why the music is all over the place lol.
I really like this one, especially at the 30 second mark :)
Yeah, thats my favorite part too. I tried to make it sound kind of climactic but not too much so that its not a disappointment when the first part comes back.
It almost feels epic
Yeah, I wasnt expecting to make a megalovania chord progression, but i did, and it sounds good (or so im told). Thanks for commenting!
