Yuwal themself looks menacing and strong, so I feel like I did a good job making them sound like an intense threat. I also tried mixing elements that feel judgemental, such as the tubular bells and gavel sound effects.

Ah, I remember this from the Discord! A good song to close off with - you are my final song to rate! So let's dive extra deep into it :)
Your general melody (0:10 - 0:32) is very nice. Although it is very repetitive (like the melodies of other entries), it does not annoy quickly. I like how you made the melody using an uncommon instrument: tubular bells. You could have chosen to let the bells rest for a bit after 0:32 and given the reign to some other instrument (because although your melody does not annoy, the bell sounds do after a while). That why I appreciate that at 0:55 you switch the melody off to a different instrument, and at 1:06 again. This gives it a bit of variety (although the bells are still present: you could have let the bells rest completely a bit or lower the volume, as they can be quite dominant; you don't want to overuse them). I also feel like this fits Yuwal quite well, as quite the battle to end with. Overall, the song sounds really nice, I really like it :D
And congrats, you probably have the longest name of any song in my iTunes by using Yuwal's name fully xD
Thank you for the feedback! I had wanted to switch things up more in the middle but I couldn’t find anything that would’ve fit with the vibe of the rest of the song. I’ll keep these things in mind for future songs!
Headbanging-worthy music! xD
The music reminds me of boss-battle soundtracks in JRPGs: They are familiar yet unique in their own right. But you managed to capture the good essence of this kind of music very well!
Like the other comments, the execution of bells is handled nicely: You managed to use the instrument that might be annoying if overused, to blend with the music and reflect the apprehension of the boss.
Nice job!
I know the ace attorney gavel sound effect when I hear it.
(please be right it would be embarrassing if I were confidently wrong)
YES!! I’m glad someone noticed.
I feel the threat!
Too bad I don't have the track for download.
Nice work!
I tried adding the file as downloadable but it wouldn’t work for some reason? Ill have to try again later
But thank you!! Im glad you like
I had the same issue idk why
I love the bells as the melody instead of chords! Unconventional yet really good!
Thanks!!
This brings classic encounter energy! I am ready to take Yuwal on (but afraid of Yuwal's might!). Great use of bells and love the melody!
Thank you so much!
This might be my favorite Yuwal submission so far. Nice energy, solid mix. I love the bell but I think keeping it throughout the piece wears it out a little by the end. Still, I think this is really solid!
Thank you! I’m glad you like it.
I had planned on changing up the bell in the middle for something synth-y but I couldn’t find anything that blended well with the style of the song (though in retrospect I could’ve had something subtle in the background perhaps? Live and learn). Thank you for the feedback tho!
