Haha, love this! I like the gradual build in intensity, especially when the choir comes in! Super unique entry, nice work!

Hey! I love the direction you took this!
Overall, I love that you were able to create a really fun and whimsical piece that still maintains a feeling of tension for the battle. That's a tricky balance to strike and I think you nailed it!
Also, the choice of using woodwinds was really smart because it helped give the feeling of birds flying and it blended super well with the bird sounds.
Nice job, look forward to seeing your work in future jams!
Hello, nice to see you participating in this jam again as well!
Thanks so much for the kind words! I really appreciate it. I'm glad you got the feeling of "get out" because my aim was more of a "fight off the pigeons as you escape" type battle. Also, those sounds at 0:42 I recorded with a violin and then chopped up to make weird rhythmic stuff. I don't actually play violin, but I own a super cheap one that I use to make horror sounds haha.
Loved it! Everything from the compositions to the sound design and production were fantastic. The choral riser sounds in Outer Time made that track really stand out to me. I enjoyed your harmonies with the chord progression. Using similar chords was a great way to keep all of the tracks sounding consistent with each other, yet each track had it's own unique character. The clock and gear sounds were also a huge highlight for me. The ending with the broken clock sounds was a pleasant surprise! Overall, great production.
Bravo! Look forward to hearing more from you!
Wow, thanks so much for your detailed feedback! I really appreciate it. And yeah, I totally agree that the production was the weakest link. I ran out of time to mix more and fix a couple of things I noticed after bouncing. But, feedback like this will help me improve for the next jam so thanks. Cheers!
