At first I thought I outsmarted the game, trying to skip over all the zombies, however realized it was required to defeat them, like a boss-level but with the gun change I was able to pull it off. Interesting concept would love to see a second version with sound and some more levels.

Smooth gameplay, a lot of opportunity with the basics set in place like that. This is just an alpha so I'm sure you've got a lot in mind.

This is a good start!  Both weapons felt and looked good, and I like how smooth the knock back and movement were.  Climbing and jumping didn't feel quite there yet.  I noticed climbing wasn't animating and walking left seemed to have reversed animation, wasn't sure if that was a bug or not.  Overall I really like how this looks, keep it up!

I would vote yours up KOALA but I have no voting rights, lets SecondDimension know I vote your submission up!!! (+1) or however a vote works either way 100% on all categories if possible :)

I would place the player closer to the tutorial. I loaded the game twice because I thought the aspect ration wouldn't fit. Regarding the controls you also should support WASD-Controls. Besides that it would be cool if the player could move back while firing (so maybe don't turn him around).

In general I would recommend you to add music/sound effects to your game before releasing any version. Audio adds a lot of athmosphere to your game and can boost it a lot (unfortunatley - because I hate adding audio ^^).

I like the style and the player somehow reminds me on a character of south park (but I don't remember his name). This gave the impression to me that it will be funny-horror-game. Not sure if this is what you aimed for it but I like it :D.
