The Idea is Great i think.
The Overall Presentation is not so nice. Those Bright Colors so distracting. Also the Camera View is not really nice.
I Would Change the Playfield maybe to First or Third Person View. I Also can imagine this would work Great as 2D Game as Topdown.
Sounds are fine. Matching to the Theme and dont get annoying.
However it was nice to Play
Good Job
The art and music combine really well, and gives it a unique gameplay experience. I especially like the character's objective to basically do cleanup duty, I found that really cool! I went off into outer space a few times but I could always find my way back to the vault.
I like the visuals and the way the game is played! A very simple game concept which at times like this is a good idea because it can enjoyable at the same time! :)
The only things I would say that is negative is that sometimes the scraps wouldn't go towards the enemy bot that is closest to the thing I want to protect and went further back, also I could get out of bounds pretty consistently, I can get back in but it shouldn't be a thing in the first place.
Overall good job!
Very fun game. I like how it looks. The music is nice too.
Sometimes, I found it difficult to move to specific scraps because of the camera angle. Also, sometimes I could pass through walls.
Good job overall!! :)
Nice artstyle and nice space suspenseful mood ! I read the ‘How to Play’ but I’m still not entirely sure what I was supposed to do or how to stop the people from coming. Also, you can escape through the walls if you walk past the scrap delivery point. Really nice pixel art though !
Play my game here if you get a chance :D ! snowin.itch.io/escape-path-beta
Nice artstyle and mood
Would be cool if player could manage the craps between using the machine and making upgrades (idk, just an idea :p)
Also, I found a bug: the scraps can be deposited through the wall
Good luck with future updates :3
I really loved the game. It was fun to play it. It is so simple but it is so fun. There people out there who make a complicated game only for their game to end up boring, but your game was amazing. Well your game is interesting, but it does not have a quit button on the main menu, so, next time add a quit button.
I really liked the colours and the assets.
It took me some time to move intuitively, due to the angle of the movement plane. Maybe you can tilt it to a more isometric angle. Also I wasn't able to understand the scrap delivery mechanics at first, but after understanding I thought it was nice.
I think this was a simple and fun game (which is nice, especially in a jam) once you get the hang of it.
Good job.
I really like the idea of the game! Bots follow the evil bots so well. One time I accidentally got out of the game area (I think there is a opening near the scrap drop area) that made me lose the game but it is still fun.
The game looks really nice and the audio effects are cool! Really impressive for just two weeks of work! Would be cool if the player character had some way of destroying the enemies.
I'm impressed by the gritty cyberpunk vibe you managed to create in such a short amount of time. The pixelated aesthetic combined with the neon lights look really great, and the sounds and music help too. Nice work!
