- Cool game ! The esthetic is cool, the classical music was a good fit. I had a little bit of hard time to understand at the beginning but that "?" menu really helped. Nice entry.
Did you work alone, or as part of a group? (If in a group, list their names)
Alone
Disclose if you used any public domain assets or not.
I used a public domain verion of the 1718-1720 music 'Winter' by Antonio Vivaldi

interesting concept! I
The art is original and gets the point across
Nice work!
Thank you for playing! I made it so every structure you can build except the silos has some sort of animation.
At first I was a little confused, then I discovered the question mark button. Nice game!
Thank you for playing! I got a friend to playtest my game before releasing it and figured out that some explaining of how the game works was needed. So I added the button.
Cool

Great game. Fits the theme very well.
Thank you for playing!
I think I lose my Alberta Credentials if I don't give this all five stars. Fortunately, this game is great, so I don't think that's a problem. The gameplay is strategic and challenging, the art is wonderful, and there's a lot to expand.
Thank you very much for playing and commenting! I am glad you enjoyed my game. I don't know what Alberta Credentials are but I will take that as a compliment.
As a management game, I feel like there could've been more depth to it, like making the player think more about where would be the best spot to place certain structures. The challenges to have a high enough amount of oil in storage also felt slightly counterproductive since it seems like the whole point is to use it as soon as possible. Overall, it's a solid idea that could use some refining.
Thank you for playing and for the criticism!
Really fun. The instructions are not the clearest but once you get it it’s nice. Love the visuals.
I wish there was more to it. Sure more maps and more buildings sound good but what I would really like is a “win condition” of sorts. Reaching a certain amount of money/second for example. Or something that uses every type of resource (both barrels+ money) that needs to be maintained for a certain amount of time. etc. I also wish there were some sound effects.
One gamefeel related issue I had is that having to click at a building then a plot over and over doesn’t feel great and sometimes it doesn’t register my clicks when I click the building type.
Thank you for playing and writing such a long comment!
An end goal would have been nice. Your idea of a structure that uses every type of resource is really interesting. I haven't played many of this type of games, so trying some before making my game maybe would have given me some inspiration. I had a plan to add sound effects when placing structures but I think I forgot.
I too felt that the buttons sometimes don't register clicks. I know there is a bug that if you select a structure, sell any structure and then select it again, you have to click twice, but the buttons still don't register some clicks. I don't know why it happens and I think it's more of a fault in the buttons themselves rather than the code.
This game is genious! Love the money-making system, would never have thought of that.
Thank you for playing my game and commenting!!!
The game is pleasant, but the map is too small, in my opinion.
Don't agree with that, was just perfect for me, and I ran out of space just as I had enough to buy the next area, and I didn't even buy the third one because I already had unlocked everything by then
Thank you for playing! I wanted the maps to be small so that there is incentive to expand to the other 2 places.
