- Really cool and original application of the theme. Unfortunatly, I got stuck twice in the floor and the beginning of 2 different levels, forcing me to start over and redo the whole tutorial. That being said, excellent tutorial and introduction of mechanics.

Really interesting concept and love the detail of you explaining the science behind it! I think this mechanic makes for some really interesting level design & definitely matches the theme perfectly. I enjoyed the humorous dialogue at the beginning and liked how it was integrated as a clear and helpful tutorial. Background music is great. I also appreciated the small visual details like his expression changing when heating up too much & the balloon string was neat.
Unfortunately the character got stuck at the slope and I couldn't progress. Great job overall though, would be keen to play the rest of the levels after the jam when this is fixed!

Kind of a shame the game bugs out were it does; I would've really liked to play more levels with this concept! The tutorial dialogue was also fun. The one weak spot is the visuals, which are functional but look extremely basic even for a Scratch game (I like the balloon string effect though). Despite that, I like the direction you took the theme!
Cool take on the theme! The heating mechanic is fun. Sadly it's possible to get stuck under the heating pads forcing you to restart and like mentioned by others there's a level where you're stuck in the ground and can't get out. Also the "Game Paused" variable on the screen is a bit jarring.
I liked your dialog. Would definitely hang with the sassy balloon. Fun mechanics too, although the bug that was mentioned did put a damper on things. I definitely wanna play more after that's fixed!
Yeah, sorry. I didn't notice the bug until after time ran out. I'll definitely fix this after the game jam.
Very creative way of turning the theme into a game mechanic. I really enjoyed some of these stages. Unfortunately I keep getting stuck on the floor on the same stage.
On other stages, resetting the stage gets me out but it doesn’t work on this stage.
This was made on scratch? (I think) And in a week?! This is insanely good!
