Great puzzle game! It felt really polished for a jam, though I'd hoped the puzzles would get harder - perhaps a future level pack?

Really nice game!

Sadly, there seems some out-of-sync issue with timer and movement of the objects:
- In Firefox, level 4 was broken. I couldn't pass it, the first interval always threw the object on the ground.
- In Chromium, some of the levels I had to restart once or twice without changing anything until it worked. First tries failed due to fast / slow movement of the objects. I got stuck at level 9 ( "7 left for start"), because the top yellow always fall in the blue box at the first interval, no matter how often I tried.

Loved it! Very innovative and fun to play!

I bet this was difficult to make, the puzzles were well thought out and explained.  I like puzzle games like this, enjoyed it all the way through.  The last level "So Many Colours" was my favourite and took me the longest to figure out.  Really fun and well made, nice work!

Really fun and innovative puzzle game, I enjoyed it a lot! At first I saw 16 levels and thought "wow this will take hours", but it's nicely fast-paced with game mechanics introduced little by little. I could see this being developed into a bigger game with more levels using those mechanics, as in the jam version it does feel like there could be more levels in between each new mechanic introduction to actually fully exploit its level design potential - but of course it's a jam game and IMO you hit the right balance (as many of us try to test many games and may not want to spend hours on one).

Beside gameplay, you did a good work on the artwork and the music is very fitting. The UI could have some more polish to be clearer, but it's already pretty decent for the scope of a 1-month jam.

Congrats!

Wow, really awesome game. This is exactly the kind of puzzle game I enjoy and could spend hours on.

The levels are really well designed and the mechanics are awesome. The tutorial levels did a really good job of explaining how to operate the machines and I never had any issues understanding after that. Even when the game threw in the "can you figure out how this works?", I just played around with the colors and figured it out really quickly. The timeline bar at the bottom along with the ability to change colors on-the-fly  was a really nice touch to avoid frustrations, more puzzle games need to learn from this!

The soundtrack and visuals were perfect for this game. So satisfying and pleasant! Absolute gem of a game, amazing work!

Excellent game, despite I didn't succeed the last level! :D

After finishing all the levels, I owe my soul to the company store

Watch out for the issues with different screen resolution - when fullscreen the speed of the conveyer changes which some puzzles unsolvable.

I love how much satisfaction I get from solving the puzzle. Loved the game, finished all levels. Could be great for mobile.

Fun puzzle design, lots of clever designs for the puzzles and levels. Some difficult controls however it was tough to know where to click early on. Spent a lot of time figuring out how to run the conveyor belt haha.

Good puzzle game! Would love it if you checked out my game Moon Blob =) https://avatar-nick.itch.io/moon-blob

This was a fun puzzler! The controls took a little bit, but once you figured it out, it was pretty easy to get going!

Neat!

It was quite confusing at start. The instruction didn't do a too good of a job to explain the whole grid/timeline thing. It even took me longer than I'd like to admit to actually find the togglable grid even. And it took me much longer than that to then realize how the toggles worked and thy the left most one kept resetting the puzzle. After finally understanding how it worked, the rest of the levels were a breeze. I think the issue here was that you could easily pass the timeline tutorial level without actually understanding the mechanic. At least if you do it like me and just read the first part and immediately turn every cell on the grid on...

Biggest issues with the game were with the controls and UI. Like I already mentioned, the grid position was just not great. There shouldn't be a need for separate buttons to turn cells on and off, left click for both would work just fine. Quite often it also felt awkward that even after a reset, the level started automatically again. Also, now looking at the above screenshot, wasn't the pause button (and hotkey) completely unnecessary? Didn't start (at least space did) act as an on/off toggle?

Which boils down to the second issue (at least for me). I found that allowing to start the puzzle and then slowly go through it toggling everything on/off as needed took some pleasure from the success. Requiring proper planning and executing, then to see your plan get acted on would be much more rewarding. Of course it would make it a lot harder too so might be just me.

The game looked and sounded quite nice. Obviously nothing too spectacular but clean and clear, and some nice color selections too (no horrible pure primaries like seen so often with simple geometry based graphics).  Same goes for sounds and music, they got the job done and didn't get annoying.

The amount of content was quite nice but I kinda left off wanting more. I didn't have time to get to any complex stuff. Pretty much just introduced mechanic after mechanic and then called it a day. Some more complex levels combining different mechanics like the last one would have been nice. And more freeform levels too, the current ones all pretty much had an obvious single cookie cutter solution.

Good job! 👍

I really appreciate the feedback, thanks for your thorough review :)

The UI and UX were definitely the weak points of the game. Something for me to work on for the next jam.

I also really like the idea of having the player plan out the level and then having to start from the beginning.

Just didn't consider that approach for some reason.

Thanks again, good luck with the jam!

Very innovative puzzle game, the sound effect, music and art match perfectly, the difficulty is just at the right spot.

I love this game!

Very relaxing. I was expecting something more along the lines of Opus Magnum when I first saw the screen shots, but this game ended up a lot more relaxing than that. The art style is very clean, and the rewind stuff is pretty cool to see done so well.

I personally wish there was a little higher of a difficulty curve (I also like hard puzzles, so I'm biased), but that's not really a complaint. Great entry!

I love this kind of puzzle game. I could play puzzles like this literally all day! The music was nice and chill too. It let me focus on getting through the puzzles.

Wow, this was quite an experience! Really fun to play, kind of addictive and hard but not that hard

Congrats!

Thanks for the feedback.

Good to hear it wasn't TOO hard. That's sometimes a hard balance to get in a game jam :)

A lot of work definitely went into the puzzles here. Real fun mechanic, great work!

I FINISHED IT! :)

I enjoyed the game a lot. It was very soothing, the audio, the smooth animations. The timeline and the rewind features were good. It was also good that you could rewind to a certain point, instead of just restarting the level.

It would have been nicer if you could toggle states of the color bars beneath the timeline with the same button (left click once - its selected, left click on it again - it gets deselected). I tried deselecting some buttons at level 6 i think, and it took me literally several minutes to realize that I should right-click to deselect the button (I almost gave up on the game at that point, but I powered through haha).

Solid game, cheers :)

Developer

Thanks for the feedback, glad you enjoyed it.

You are definitely right concerning the cell toggling.

My wife (and several other playtesters) mentioned that was confusing.

Just didn't have a chance to change it before submission.

Good luck with the jam :)

Gameplay: Worked pretty well with the game

Graphics: They are pretty simple but they work decently with the game

Innovation: Decently innovative I havnt seen other games like this

Audio: The audio was good and worked with the puzzle game

Theme: As good as most of the games

Overall Nice game, I think you added all the things you needed sadly I had to stop early because my computer is bad and the game stopped but this was my computer not your fault.

Can you try my game?
