Great Graphics, and Nice gameplay, But I was only able to make it upto 5 bugs... And you have some nice music (made it yourself ??)

Another thing, I did not affect the gameplay, I was able to play the whole game without a single issue, but here's a console error I got:

Nice work anyways!

Developer

Thanks for playing ! I don't know what's this error mean (to be honest it's my first game with Godot) and the counter is buggy (if you retry I think the counter will not be like that but that's strange). And I found the music on the internet (you can see in the itch page a link for the music) for the SFX I used sfxr.

Nice graphics, I liked the music too. Good job

It was funny! I did the same tactic of sticking to a wall and shotting through it.

I would like if the game tells you when you are taking damage with a sound or color effect. Also, an option to adjust the brightness would be nice as I couldn't see correctly the bugs. Overall it was nice! Keep it going.

I really like the music and overall!
It is fun to play. Wow Godot is a great game engine

I currently only have a Macbook so I tried out the Mac version only. It's actually the 1st game I played on Mac and it's worth it! I love the fast movement. It makes the gameplay very pleasant and the bugs look real this way. My game is also a 2D top down shooting survival game. But my game's movement is not as smooth as yours. So I definitely learned something now.

Good job and make more!

Cool game :). The mix of graphics sounds and gameplay is balanced.

After the first round the score won't count up :'). Had to close and open the game again, and was then when I found the different weapons, fun one: my score was 44.

Fun concept, nice lighting, and really great audio, the bugs move so fast for me I couldn't keep up. I'm not very good at top-down shooters :(

Great game, lots of fun. One way to improve it could be to add a light effect every time a bug is killed. Very addictive!

Godot lover!

I like the graphics, music and gameplay intensity. Cool game!

In the screenshot there are several bugs that stuck in the room and I could kill them through the wall :)

Developer(+1)

Thank you ! It's a good  tactic. Another tactic is to go inside it and one shot enemies with the shotgun.

Cool game! nice graphics, but the difficulty didn't increase much

also i think the bug counter stopped increasing after 88 bugs killed.

Developer(+1)

yes, sometimes the bug counter stop working after a random number. I don't know why.

Thank you for your feedback.

it's interesting, just maybe if you want to update the game, giving objectives or boss battle will be good. I like the hit animation, it feels good.

I like the game, its very interesting. Some small critique would be that its unfortunately a bit hard to see the enemies causing a bit of frustration but other than that its a fairly simple survival shooter, good job!

Fun shooter. I liked that you can change guns according to the kind of situation you are in. Unfortunately I couldn't survive long enough to find out if there are multiple levels or waves. If not that would be a cool thing to add ! Nice Job !

Developer

Yes there is a system for waves but you need to kill 25 ennemies + all ennemies who are still alive.

Thanks for playing it.
