Game description
Descend a secret 1930s Labyrinth beneath a sewer, escape enemies and make sure you don't come up short for the elevator fare. (please judge nicely this is my first game!)

Theme interpretation
I'd already had the general idea, however when I'd taken a look at the theme and wildcards I'd decided to use the theme and small palette wildcard appropriately, the small palette definitely helped imo.

Not a bad game, a bit choppy animation of movement, especially running. Very nice graphics. I liked the music from the radio, although it was a bit loud. I like retro and noir, so I give it a + for the style. But the gameplay is pretty monotonous. Maybe it's a matter of taste, because I don't really like mazes. I also caught myself thinking that it reminds me of Lethal Company when I first saw the black (like my coffee) mannequin. Considering the time limit on the jam, this is a pretty good job :)

Not sure if it was intentional, but this had a good, slow build to it. I could hear something rattling around through the walls for a few floors, and it was pretty spooky when I saw something move out of the corner of my eye! Once the enemy position is known tho, it’s a little more tedious to deal with than spooky. Maybe there needs to be a way for it to respawn if you get too far away from it?

The frame rate was a little rough, but great job overall!

a little slow, but that's probably just my pc trying to run an unreal game. I thought the walking movement good, but a little slow. the gameplay kind of just felt the same throughout, but it wasn't bad, I just think it would be nice if there was more than collecting stuff. not bad though and I enjoyed the old timey music :)

Game has big issues with movement feel, not very smooth and poggers.

Hey there, I tried to play your game but I wasn't able to progress much. After the "Marks Pizzeria" intro (jumpscare?) I found myself in half of a dark alley, I could hear music but I wasn't able to explore much before running into invisible walls.
From what little I could play, I liked the sound design and the visuals, I'm also a fan of the more "square" aspect ratio. Hope this helps!
