Good one! How did you even come up with this idea??
I got stuck after finding the m command and the energy but had a lot of fun!!
Originally the idea came from super meat boy speedrun where if you alt tabbed out of the game, game would not check for collisions and you could zip through obstacles. And sad that you got stuck, you were so close of beating the game (last room is literally next to the energy box room). Thanks for trying the game!!
You're one of the few entries I've seen so far who used the cheatcode wildcard and you did it very well. The concept is very creative and I liked the attention you payed to little things like the music smoothly transitioning between zones. Good job!
Thank you!!
interesting controls and upgrades but got stuck very quickly kept dying in same places near start, I found the 'c' unlock but after that it just seemed I was stuck nowhere to go that I hadn't already gone. Maybe needs some more signposting (from the other comments, maybe I just have to keep suiciding until things change? But I didn't see a reason to do that)
Sad that you got stuck, I was worried that could happen. Next step is hinted in few different places but if you happen to not notice those it would be very hard to progress. Suiciding or dying is not necessary to beat the game tho. Anyways thank you alot for trying the game!
What a delightful game. A MetroidVania where you slowly break the game. I loved all the little ways you sprinkled clues throughout the game with the hidden writing. I also liked that if you die too many times the map starts to lock up and overlay. The glitchy music was a lot of fun. Really unique movement system with the hovering and back clipping, I feel like those are underused mechanics. Would love to see more games playing with ideas like this.
Thank you for playing the game!!
I really liked this game! It felt like I didn't completely understand what was going on, but I understood just enough to beat the game. Finding all the ways to 'break' the game was very satisfying. Playing this game made me think there should be more like it.
Great feedback that it wasnt completely understandable what you were doing. I tried to signpost all mechanics in two different places but its still easy to miss those if you are not looking. Thanks for playing the game!
