Cool game. I especially like the music. A few inputs:

  • When placing the towers in the first level, the color contrasts are a bit hard to see when you place a tower.
  • The difficulty gets very high quite fast and you have almost no time to upgrade your towers fast enough.

I had still fun playing it. Congratulations to a solid entry!

Developer

I didn’t have enough time to fix those issues, I found those problems annoying as well.

After reading the other comments I played again and difficulty is not too high :). Forget about it.
It would be cool if you could see the level of your towers without the need to click on them, e.g. by showing the level always above them or so. Additionally it quite often happened to me that I accidentially placed a tower and the inidication if you can update a tower or not based on your money (white or red font) does not update properly.

Don't take me wrong, these are just a few issues which could be improved. I still liked the game overall.

Developer

Actually, I made an indication if you can update or not, it just sometimes doesn’t work for some reason I didn’t manage to figure out

Nice tower defence where your time is the amount between phases.
Though way too easy since the enemies tend not to get past the first bend ever :D

Developer(+1)

Ye, that’s the result of crunch time

Fun tower defence game, but maybe too easy? I didn’t need to build anything more after wave 30. The sound effects and the music is enjoyable, and it’s fun to see the splatter when enemies are killed. Overall a fun game.

Think i win this game :3

Always fun to play a tower defence game!

Always love a tower defence game! I like all the little details and polish you've added, like the ability to adjust volume and the splash animation when enemies die. It's fun to see how far you can get in the game and making more and more money is always great.

I enjoyed this, thanks for the game :-D

Developer

Great to hear :). It’s mostly made in crunch time

Nice TD. I hope there is a goal, at least in description. Turns out it's just play as long as you like kind of game as you watch enemies disappear quickly at spawn point cuz catapult go brrrrrrrrr!

I love TD genre, so these are always fun for me, but not clear what this one has do do with the jam theme (maybe time between waves). Would be nice to see current upgrades level and have a way to quickly upgrade multiple towers at once, otherwise constant upgrade micro-management becomes too repetitive. Catapults feel OP, I figured that just having 20 of them at creeps spawn point would obliterate them as the spawn, reached 200+ wave and creeeps still wouldn’t stand a chance against those catapults.

Developer

The point is that everything is in the medival times

wave 200 \o/

i do tend to spend too much time on TD XD

Submitted(+1)

Fun, simple and addictive, i like it. Maybe some background and route changes after 20 waves will suit cool. C

Developer(+1)

I was considering that, but no time, pun intended

Submitted(+1)

Highly addictive, but after a while I can't build anything. Reached wave 72!

Developer

Great to hear.
