Very good! Nice theme, gameplay is smooth, very enjoyable. But i have one question: is there any reload time? Because i couldnt shoot for some duration or in some situations. So is this by design or i have some input problems?
You either ran out of ammo or you weren't facing in the direction that you were shooting. Thanks for playing.
i see... i wasnt facing direction. Its by design? Because game didnt told me so i was confused why i cant shot.

The design was very appealing however I found the gameplay a little confusing. Well overall the game is pretty good. Hope you try out my game too.
What part did you find confusing?
I didn’t know how understand the shooting and all
You can only shoot in the direction that you’re facing
Very dynamic game and best feeling walk animation :) Tho for some reason I wasn't able to attack sometimes. Sometimes I was just spamming my mouse and no bullets at all even if . I tested it for a while and realized I can only shoot when the cursor is on the left side of the character for some reason :P I don't really know, I am a bit confused but it was a weird mechanic to only shoot left haha.
I'm running it on windows btw.
You can only shoot in the direction that your character is facing. Many have been confused about this and I really should have told the player or removed the mechanic altogether.
Ohhh, now it makes more sense :P From every other game I play, I expect it to face where I shoot.
Yeah that was a fault on my part.
Good game, nice art, nice effect, fun... didn't really understand what I was doing to kill enemies but no biggies ahah
You just shoot the enemies with your gun. I really should have added a tutorial...
ahah yeah I understood the shoot part.. I just didn't know if it was aiming on it's own.. if he was actually hitting them or not.. stuff like that :D it was fun anyway :D
You shoot where your cursor is unless your aiming behind your character. If you play with audio you can hear the enemies' death sounds. But thanks for playing.
Good game! I loved the art. I was confused by how the shooting worked at first but I got the hang of it.
Nice game , fun to play, fits the theme! Exactly a jam game!
The walk cycle had me laughing from the first second! It's great!
I'm a little unclear about game-play. A few times, I'd click to shoot, but there was no shot. Does this mean my gun is jammed or I just missed?
I really like the idea of environmental clues telling you where the enemies are. Lots of fun!
It was probably because you could only shoot in the direction that you were facing.
Fun endless gameplay! I like the short immediate learning curve and after that you really feel in control. I think a difficulty progression would add to the experience.
I really enjoy the simplicity of the core mechanics, I think new secondary mechanics can elevate the player experience. E.g. More NPCs? Maybe animals are running around in this bush too, and you wouldnt want to shoot them. Lightning, providing random flashes of light in the difficult levels etc.
Good job!
You've got a lot of great ideas and I had some more ideas of my own, but I just didn't have enough time to implement them sadly. I was kind of lazy during this jam and I could have gotten more done, if I had the motivation.
Thanks a lot for playing and commenting!
Very nice game that fits the theme well.
I encountered a small problem - my player wouldn't die? I was on half a heart and getting hit over and over and he just stayed alive.
That sounds odd. That never happened to me when I was playtesting, but oh well.
Thanks for playing.
The game is very nice!
Very cleam and smooth to play, but somethings I would change:
-More or Harder levels, I finished the game in my first play
-Some tutorial, until now I didnt get what is needed to shoot
Congrats!The game is very Nice.
This is going to sound silly, but how did you finish the game? I thought I made it endless. Regarding the enemies I was originally supposed to make them more difficult and varied, but then ran out of time.
Yeah and I know it's quite unclear as to what you're supposed to do, because there's no tutorial, but I hope people will try a few times and then realize what's going on.
Thanks for playing.
I'm not sure if the mac and linux versions work, because I didn't know how to export them properly. I also did upload the first windows file before the deadline, but now it shows that it has been uploaded after, because I messed with the upload files. Sorry!
Also the windows version is blocked by at least my anti virus software, so you guys may have to fiddle with that as well. Double sorry!
