All of the many sounds in your game are amazing 5/5 for sure the best. The voice acting and with what is said and how is fantastic and that laugh is a highlight for me. I managed to get the key and open a door but I got the wrong door. Controls are great and the idea of holding buttons down to prevent accident presses is great. I can't remember if I used space to open the door or not but I think automating interacting with stuff is the way to go. So glad I got to experience this one!

Hi, thank you for your words, they mean a lot to us for real!
I removed the space interactions on doors and key, it does not felt good at all, now that you say that, i forgot to remove this from the TTS. Thank you so much, i added this to the "to do" list so i don't forget after the votes, again, thank you!
I wasn’t sure if this was for me because I can’t do creepy unless I know in advance that it’s safe. Immediately I wanted to praise the voice acting for setting the stage, and then all of the sound design for eliciting the right vibe. I wasn’t exactly sure where I should be going, and exited the game pretty quickly when I first felt like I was being watched. On my second attempt, I was disappointed that I couldn’t skip the opening monolog and get straight to the game (as good as it is). However, I was able to work out where to go, and complete the game! Nice work!
Great atmosphere and stellar voice acting. Not too sure what was happening or what I was meant to do, though.
At times, I kept hearing footsteps but none of the sounds moved around me so I guess I was stuck in a corner. I did wander around a bit, found a puddle of water on the floor, got shocked a couple of times but never managed to progress or even know what I needed to do to progress.
Definitely a space where I want to spend more time but I'd need clearer goals.
Hi, thanks for your opinnion!
I kinda wanted to make a "slide" sound when you reach a wall, found none so i made what i could with that... i'm still thinking on what to do when you reach to a wall, time was not on my side but i could probably made a stomping sound and maybe stop the footsteps or a grunt... this is my main priority after the votes... now i dont want to keep updating it cause i feel like is cheating? i just fixed a sound bug but still... thank you for your words and your time!
A grunt and stopping the footsteps would definitely make the situation clearer.
I believe that this kind of fixes are well within what's accepted as modifications after the submission but if you decide to wait until after the voting, that's cool too. I look forward to it.
You have a really good thing going here. I hope this project continues. Tremendo!
Those are good improvements i might say... i just wanted to give the "feel" of movement when you press the keys, also wanted to give more than just steps, like the blood on the floor, feeling of insecurity there... i dont think overwhelming with another sound effects will be nice to be honest, but i think a heavy breathing from time to time is not a bad idea, thank you for your opinnion, means a lot...
This was a fun take on navigation by audio. The only issue I had was there wasn't a clear indicator of which direction to go, so it felt kind of trial and error to get through the game. The voice acting was a very nice touch. Good work with what you did here!
As an fyi, I played through with my eyes close initially and was able to navigate through the entire game. It was a little difficult for me to remember the different controls at the main menu but nothing critical found.
Hi! I'm so glad you made it through, for real!
I'm aware about the sounds on the door, pan audio is not working properly on Construct so im trying to fix it at the moment, you should hear the doors right where they are, like the chains and the electricity box, but for some reason is not working properly...
I'll try to update it asap when the jam is finished, i feel like cheating if im able to update it now...
We didn't have enough time to make a solid game tho, finishing the game is kinda "rough" and emotionless but we found out about this JAM last week so next year we will be more prepared!
Thanks again for taking the time on playing the game!
That makes a lot of sense. And it seems like for this game jam, they are more interested in getting developers to think about accessibility more than they care about the competition side of things. I know I learned a lot and even our game could use a good more amount of polishing! The fact you guys did this all in a week is incredible though. You and your brother have a lot of skill and talent so I can't wait to find more of what you guys do!
