I would have loved to see some extra elements in the levels to add more restrictions to how the flowers can be placed. The mechanics as they are don't really lead me to feel like I am solving a puzzle, but more like just "making it work".

I do like the idea here, though. Not sure how many stages there are (it joked about 100, but I stopped after finishing level 30). It is satisfying to see everything blow up. The sounds are nice. The music is nice, but it does get a bit repetitive after a few minutes. When you fail a puzzle, I'd love to be able to see how I messed up (perhaps some kind of ghost flowers left behind so I can understand what I did wrong). Overall a fun entry with a lot of potential to expand into an interesting puzzle-y game.

it's the first time I've played a PICO8 game and I loved it!

Right on! Thanks for playing! :D

I think this is really cool! It took me a second to understand in level one, but on the third try I got it and then it was a breeze. It was a lot of fun to keep trying and seeing how far I could get! Great work!

Thank you for playing! I'm glad you enjoyed it :D

An interesting idea. This is a puzzle, but the timer does not give you time to solve it, you have to start moving the flowers from the beginning of the level. I think if the timer is turned on with the first keystroke, the gameplay will seem much more honest.

Thank you for playing, and for the feedback. Your comment actually gave me a really good idea for the game when I update it to full color after voting is done for this jam. I will make so the bomb timer decrements only when you move a flower :)

I like it… it’s a bit hard to understand at the beginning, but I like the progressive help.

Pretty fun game, but the timer of the bomb imediatly starts when the level starts, so I wasn't really ready in the first level.

I saw more than 4 color at the boot up of the game and I don't know if it gets a penalization or not. What do you think ?

Thank you for playing! Yes, I should have increased the bomb timer for level 1. Oops.

Regarding the PICO-8 boot screen colors... All PICO-8 games have that boot screen (can't be changed) and the host literally mentions the use of PICO-8 in the FAQs (under "Can I use a resolution under 160 x 144?").

This guiding mechanic is really interesting, some variation in the gameplay would help a bit but the concept is cool.

Thank you for playing! Yes, it was also a little tricky to always guarantee that you can win, even if every spot is occupied (i.e., level 99).

Made it to level 40! I loved the art design and the puzzle aspect. I only wish for more content such as predesigned levels and other types of elements (flowers with more than one leaf, obstacles, objectives like a tile you need to bring the blast to, etc.)

Thank you for playing and for the ideas to improve! :D
