very nice! love it.

thank you for playing.

thank you for playing. yeah, the control are a bit tricky :-) on the controller, the right stick turns the ship and the left button accelerates.

Thank you for playing and the positive feedback.

Very beautiful game with a captivating story. Well done.

Very nice visuals and feel. I liked that art style very much. Well done.

Nice visuals and enjoyable music. Th cat is very cute, and I like the details with the paw and how it folds the ears when walking under the rocks. The best sound effect is the satisfying purr when it reaches the pillow. well done.

The 3rd garden is very hard. I would be helpful to get a respawn when you die. or checkpoints….

I don’t know if it’s on purpose, but in the first level, even before you drink the potion, the first monster will kill you. for the start of the game, I found this a bit hard - also, not knowing if it’s a bug or intentional.

Nice entry, well done. Nice graphics for the characters. but they looked a bit weird against the pixel background.

I liked the idea how collecting the spirits had to match the passcode.

Great visuals and gameplay. I’m impressed how polished the game is for a jam submission. Well done.

I also got stuck behind the stairs.

I don’t seem able to start the game past the scrolling text….

Nice visual and good sound effects. The game feels very polished. Well done.

Same as others mentioned. veeerrryyy long paths. but pretty graphics and voice over. I also fell into the vocano…

but well done!

OS Name: Microsoft Windows 10 Pro OS Version: 10.0.19045 N/A Build 19045

note that I’m primarily a mac user and “only” use my windows pc for gameing (and for testing my godot builds :-) ). So I might not be the typical user.

(btw: I also tried your game on the SteamDeck witch uses Proton as Windows emulator, but it gave the same error).

Great game. I like the color schemes and the visual effects. The turrets are quite hard to avoid and destroy, it’s very hard to predict their attack pattern. I got all the file tokens except the one in the purple world with the tents. that was a bit too difficult (I reached the portal once, just to realize that I hadn’t all the anomalies :-( ). but well done!

I tried with that, but it didn’t work. Then I installed the EpicGame Launcher, and that didn’t work either. Finally, I installed Visual Studio, and then I could play it :-)

Certainly one of the best games for a GameJam. I loved every aspect of it. Very polished.

some minor bugs with the background clouds if the window is too large, but nothing that impedes the gameplay.

Well done!

I also got stuck when the hint says, you have to make space to conjure a stone…but…

Well done!

I really like this one. Figuring out how the language and the cypher and understand the rule is tricky but is what makes the game fun. Well done.

the game doesn’t start but an error appears:

Nice retro game. I liked it very much. It’s difficult but challenging. Well done.

some minor points:

  • when switching to the next room, it would be good if the enemies are already visible, for example it’s almost impossible to avoid getting hit by a fire imp
  • on the itch.io page, using the arrow keys moves the scroll bar, I needed to open the frame src in a new tab. maybe enable the fullscreen button in itch.

thank you for playing.

thank you for playing and the feedback. I thought of the orientation “snap” as well, would certainly be interesting to try out. I planed to have “gadgets” that you can collect and equip for a level, maybe that would be on of those. so players can choose to use them when the level benefits from it.

thank you for playing. I only tested it with an xbox controller, and it kind of worked (left trigger is accelerate), but I need to test it with other controllers as well; thanks for the feedback.

thank you for playing.

Thanks for playing.

rn sometimes it’s hard to tell where you can or cannot use chroma jump.

yes. maybe some “control lamp” in HUD might be helpful.

Hidden wall effect, personally, could be easily misunderstood for screen tearing.

true… maybe abandon the wall-flickering, but give the player some kind of sonar-like scanner, that can map out the walls. maybe in conjunction with reveling a fog-of-war in the minimap.

Solid maze game. well done. I didn’t quite understand how the teleporters worked, though. but I managed to the get the code and open the door.

Interesting idea, the background music is a bit repetitive. But well done!

Well done. Cute characters.

well done. nice character and snappy control. I also like the background music. I tad too difficult at the beginning.

I like the art style very much and it’s a great idea to switch between the dream and real world. But somehow there was a glitch where it switched rooms back right after entering but then the character didn’t appear anymore.

well done. looks very polished, buy way too hard for me :-)

Very nice. One of the best games im played im this game jam so far. Very polished with nice details, like the smooth transition of the background music. Well done!

Thank you for playing. when you come up to the last corridor, if you look closely, you see some parts of the walls flicker… maybe they hold a secret ? ;-)

Great game, with simple clean graphics.

looks cool, unfortunately, I’m not a big reader… sorry.

The story telling is great but as you said, it’s a concept. Well done.

Nice sokoban. the hints are a bit too cryptic for me. I didn’t get past the 3rd level. Well done anyways.

Thank you from playing. You are right. It’s a difficult balance between speed running and exploration and space shooter…btw, I found playing with a controller is a bit easier.

I like the idea….but I struggled what exactly to do. I started with the plain text “cypher” and tried to copy paste the note into the “user entry”…but I didn’t find a way to do this. and then I typed the text and I probably made a typo and then failed…. for the other cyphers, I wasn’t quite sure how to operate the computer.

but well done anyways of submitting to the game jam.
