How does your game match the theme?
The player's objective is to climb as high as he can into the exosphera (aka space) without falling, the idea was that in each layer of the atmosphere the environment would change with more challenges and appear but I didn't have time

Nice game, but the control mapping is not ideal. Dashing with E to the right usually resulted in me releasing D, then falling to my doom. Cute main character!
sorry about that I think the controls are good probably cuz I got use to
Too hard for me. but cute game:)
really enjoyed the visuals but found the controls too difficult
Cool game, I would make the platforms have more contrast as they were really hard to see. Thanks for making it!
Game looks very cute, took me some minutes until I understand the controlls and it’s pretty challenging! Well made! Also never thought I’d get rick rolled in a fricking gamejam lol
Meow? very cute game, love the tail graphics!
The art and music are both very cute! I love the palette that was chosen very much. The character and it's tail are very adorable.
I'm not sure if I wasn't understanding the controls correctly, but sometimes the platforms would spawn so far apart that it very quickly felt impossible to progress. Otherwise, great job!
thanks.
The plataforms are soawned always within a max distance where you can reach while you dash and run at the same time, so you need to hold down shift if u want go further
I think it has more of a soul from early mobile android games than gameboy ones. Don't get me wrong, i don't think idea of game is bad, it could be done well but i don't feel gameboy soul in here. Neither in gameplay, neither in graphics, neither in soundtrack, neither in UI/UX. And from my interpretation of rules, it would be better to improvise some song than use existing one - or use the chords and rythm but make it not recognizable. I like the joke in here with "letting down" but thats not quite what i expected from this gamejam games. Nevertheless good job on finishing it while having holiday - i and propably many more of us here, suffered smillar time problems and project restarts :) Have nice day and good luck.
