How does your game match the theme?
We use the idea of "space", in how space is used to solve the different puzzles found in the game.

A stone slab in the middle of the space between you and a dangerous arrow. The space a stone slab needs to be for a button to remain active. The space you have to aim for with an arrow to cease the fire in a room.

Competent! I especially liked the last level.

The character art is cute, but a lot of the tile graphics are muddy. Some of the walls look the same as the floors.

The pace of the character is good for moving through small passages and moving boxes, but very slow for everything else. A run might be helpful.

The resolution seems to be a bit large.

Good work. Congratulations on the submission!

Really nice pixel arte, so original. Just a kind criticism, because I liked the game, maybe it would be better that the character moves a bit faster and some objects pixel arte are different from the general pixel art that seemed really nice and original to me :)

Thanks for playing the game, and thanks for your valuable feedback as well!

I agree, the movement speed feels slow considering the size of some of the latter mazes. I'll take this into consideration both for this and further projects. I'm glad you liked the art, Ribz made and awesome job with it, and everyone in the team as well in their respective areas

I enjoyed it, but it did feel very slow; maybe if either the character moved a bit more quickly, or if the spaces were a bit more compact, it would've deminished that. Otherwise it's cute, the puzzles are fun, and I like what you did with the theme! Nicely done!

Developer

Thanks for the feedback! I agree, the character moves too slow in contrast to the size of the latter levels, definitely something I'll take in mind both for this and future projects!

Fun puzzle game with a good soundtrack! I wish the player character moved a little faster though since most of the game involves walking and backtracking. Good job team!

This is really nice! All of you who worked on this did a great job!

The graphics are simple and minimalist, and the main character kinda looks like Batman haha. But I liked the art and it does feel gameboy-like.

The gameplay is actually nice, I liked having to think of how to use the push and pull feature.

I like the different music for each level, and the music themselves are cute and appropriate for each level!

Overall, great job and I hope you all had fun in this jam!

Short and sweet! Nice atmospheric soundtrack and fun simple puzzles. It would be nice if you moved twice as fast, especially since there are no action elements!

Fun little classic adventure game. I like the sokoban elements! Wish the character moved faster, but that is very true to the old Game Boy games!
