Great graphics and smooth execution but feels slightly unfair to play over and over again dying at the same spot with long transitions.

Game couldn't run
it got to the very end and stopped :(
that's normal, it depends on your internet speed, when it stop at the very end it means its downloading the preloaded (music,sound effects...etc)
give it time and it will start :3
This game is so polished and the concept is really neat. The pixel art graphics are really well done. I love the spooky woods parallax background. The way you included a halo of light around the king and your mouse is perfect for the atmosphere. The music was a great choice for that reason as well.
Like your page says, it really is one of those easy to learn hard to master games.

The idea is really original. The intro is great and gives a good introduction to the story. I especially like the combination of pixel art and particle effects. The game is quite difficult and requires good reflexes. Fun,addictive and well polished game. Great job.

A bit difficult to play on the touchpad;)) but great ideas, gameplay and art! I'm a bit annoyed by games where you have to start from the beginning, maybe you could add some checkpoints? Or maybe there are, but I didn't get that far;)) Great job!

you can press/check (Skip tutorial) at the very beginning, and it will skip the tutorial and start the game immediately (and save time)
i didn't add checkpoints since the level is not that long, and adding checkpoints in it will ruine the challenge of it :D
but ill make sure to work on the balance of the game to make it easier in the future, thanks for the feedback once more <3

Love it! I love the mash-up of genres while staying on theme. It has RPG storytelling side scroll roguelike all of it! Great Jam! Is there an indicator somewhere for how far the witch has gotten? Great submission pacing is a bit fast but that's game balance stuff if you chose to keep working on it which I think would be great! I will play again after going through more submissions.

yes, if the hero stoped moving, a witch icon will popup show how far is she getting from the hero (the smaller the icon the far the witch is)

Really smooth gameplay, mechanics, and fitting the theme! My right mouse doesn't work, so I couldn't get far, but I liked it nevertheless.
