I think it's a good basis for a good game in the future, although in my opinion the on/off theme could have been a bit stronger.
Thanks:) I agree the theme isn't the strongest but the rest in my opinion makes up for it.
amazing man
made sure to give a rating!
can you check out my game to?
Great! Ofcourse il check out your game :)
pretty good but it is laggy and i could not really figure out how to play
Thanks, I'm aware that sometimes the game lags due to the amount of enemies on screen. It's not an easy fix. Also I'm not sure how you "could not figure out how to play". It's a simple top down rogue like shooter, where your aim is to survive as long as possible. If your concern was how to move the character it's w,a,s,d the most common movement keybinds in the 21st century. Anyways thanks for the feedback :)
I could move the character I mean too me arow key are less natural the wasd but at the start I could not tell where to go
oh yeah it's just a box, no fancy procedural generation XD, anyways thanks for the feedback.
I think that idle games can be fun experiences and I can see how some of the better aspects of those games are applied in this entry. However, after playing the game for a while it was hard to see any progress. I think for casual players this game is gonna be harder to sell because most of the "upgrades" are just numbers, and it's really hard to sell progression with just that. If this game had more mechanics and better feedback, this would be a better experience. But don't be discouraged by this comment, I still think that there is a foundation for a really cool experience in this entry, there is just a lack of player interaction preventing it from being great.
Thanks for the feedback. Your advice helps a lot in my future games. ;)
Nice job! I like the auto-fire idea, and the upgrades are really cool. The music was really well done. Would love to see more!
And if you get a chance to check out my game Foxy Boom Boxy, I would appreciate any feedback, thanks!
Love it!
Thanks
So, not sure if I'm really 'playing' anything? I just picked my character and they did all the work? Could I have affected anything during the level itself or just picking upgrades between levels? I think it's a good concept, just needs to be fleshed out more and made a bit more interactive for the player. Good first go!
Yes it's true the character shoots and aims, however the outcome of the game greatly depends on how you choose your upgrades. So the game isn't for everybody some enjoy it more, others less. Thanks for the feedback :)
Good concept, there is still room for improvement but I love it!
Would you mind taking a moment to check out my game as well and provide a rating? Your feedback would be greatly appreciated. Game Link
Hey thanks for the feedback, sadly I'm on vacation right now and have no access to a computer. Unless your game can be run on a mobile device I can't give your game a rating just based on the title and picture.
(Edit: also just realized it's playable on phone my bad, gave it a rating:)
Soild foundation

nice game made sure to give a rating
Can you check out my game too?

The lights randomly turning on/off are a nice touch and meet the theme for sure! Adds a level of complexity to staying alive, having to remember where enemies are before they touch you!
Thanks, glad you enjoyed it.
