Interesting concept! I played it twice. 

I had a weird bug where sometimes I'd have to click on a button twice. Other than that it was fine!

It could be better if the bars begin in the middle (for example 20 of 40). So you can check if you are making good decisions and in which areas. I like this sort of games ^^

Great resource balancing game! Was challenging to know which bars were going to be affected by which laws the first time. Did a lot better the second time once I knew what bars were going which way!

Fun idea! I had something similar in mind at first as well. Had some weird issue where I could vote twice on the first proposed law.  I did not however last long as a lawmaker... Nice work!
