Your cover image serve you badly. The game as a strong aesthetic, with all those particles, and that's not what we image when we see the cover. I finished the game without knowing I can switch to an other dimension using a big exploit. Arrows left/right were not working, so I wasn't focused on the explanations, and the text of the tutorial goes outside of my screen (got a 16/10 not 16/9).
That being said, the controls, the animation, particles, and the mood are great.
(Not sure the balloon are so frightening...)

Certainly a different kind of game seen in this jam. Other Side theme is pretty cool. A steep learning curve at first but fun to play. 3 minutes sure is a long time when you're in game lol. Good job!!
I like the idea and implementation, idk what else to say it's pretty cool how you are stronger on the one side but the enemies are harder as well.
critic points:
- 3 minutes are WAYYYY too long (maybe it isn't for you as a developer, but for everyone else it is (the 3 minutes could be a hard extra mode if you want))
- (not necessary but would be cool to) make the dangerous rocks more clearly visible and dangerous
- other points are already mentioned in already existing comments
If you manage to get between the wagons you're pretty much guaranteed to never die!! Also, because of that exploit i totally ignored the switching mechanic!! xD
Other than that, the game is pretty fun!! Good Job!!
Good game, the shooting feels nice and movement is alright. The biggest issue I had is the time relativity when going to the other side. If I stand still and go to the other side to avoid a boulder, wait a few seconds, come back to the first side, and the boulder is in the exact same position, apparently I have to walk through the boulder after I shit, which isn't what I expected since I am on a moving train that should move without me moving.
Also, you have two tutorials, one labeled "tutorial", the other "how to play", I think you should only have one. In the "Tutorial", the text disappears too quickly for me to read, which made me restart it in order to read it all.
Overall, great game, just perhaps improve the time relativity between both sides and it would be better.
Great idea ! The dimension shift feel really good and the visual effect is spot on.
The train idea is a fun one and works well with the whole dimension thing, and the shooting is kinda weird looking but feels fun.
Sometimes you can have rocks overlapping each other in two dimensions, and that feels super unfair. Only solution I've found was jumping between wagons, but then you can stay there for the whole game and never be challenged.
I overall liked it, that was fun !
