How does your game fit the theme?
We wanted to evoke the feeling of not having control over time passing during quarantine, so you use a jetpack to navigate moving hazards that speed up and slow down time! We also wanted to put a cheerful spin on other elements of quarantine where we've had little control, so isolation becomes outer space, and there's cats, and personal belongings just floating around everywhere.
Did your team create the art for this game during the 48 hour time slot?
We created all art during the game jam
Did your team create the audio for this game during the 48 hour time slot?
We used pre-existing audio

Really really trippy. Rather nice game overall though. The art and visuals were rather nice and I liked how the spheres would manipulate time as well. Movement was rather out of control and was damn nice. Overall it was a cool game, I suppose I could get a little motion sick but otherwise it was great
Enjoyed the art and sound direction! Was definitely feeling extremely out of control :')
I'm a huge fun o the artsyle. Really liked the time warping mechanic. I think you took a great twist with the game jam's theme. Great game!
The game looks really great, I love the art style and the psychedelic time effects. The music is really nice too! My only gripe is that it can be very disorienting, I wish I could zoom out and that it wouldn't spin as much. Great job job nonetheless!
thanks so much for the feedback! I think being able to zoom in and out would be a great idea!
i am not gonna lie my head feel dizzy because so much spinning but i love it the graphic and audio and gameplay too.
yeah unfortunately there's a bug where it spins more than it should and I still haven't figured it out! Until I do the movement will forever be too out of control
The 2D/3D graphics actually work together incredibly well, hands down best looking game I played (I don't know whether that was an intentional choice, time crunch, or you just not being able to model a catstronaut but it works INCREDIBLY well). The poetry was super clever and is super cute. The controls are just the perfect amount of infuriating and controllable. This game is the perfect length for a gamejam game as well. Extremely well done!
Thanks so much! I think we actually went the opposite where we wanted as many things to be hand-drawn 2D as possible, but I'm faster with 3D and photoshop so we ended up drawing a bunch of things on paper and then modifying photos of them to get them in game! There is a version of the game that was entirely 3D and we just kept replacing 3D assets with 2D ones. If there had been more time I would have loved to get more environment art in to personalize each of the different cat's quarters more, actually!
I really like the idea and the art is special :D well done on the game, very good :D
Thanks for the kind words!
Great concept, even greater execution and well-made graphics!
Thank you, that's high praise!
