How does your game fit the theme?
Its a metaphor for how a mind in panic searches for peace. There are 5 simple level with increasing level of difficulty. Level names tell you something about the level itself.

I love the interpretation of the theme. Simple but effective. Generally speaking, this is an excellent jam submission !
Overall a really lovely experience and a great pick for the music too. The darkness moving around faster and more randomly when the player speeds really does emphasise well the thought process and how things get out of control which I really liked.
Nice art style, and the music fits it all really well. And added inertia on controls makes the game so much harder. Changing black things' movement speed based on the characters' is a nice touch.
That letting go thing was so cool, loved it!
One small issue I noticed: the black things suddenly appear on the screen. Perhaps some logic to spawn them only off-screen would be nice. And maybe you could randomise the peace position too.
Thanks for playing and the feedback. I agree, sudden pop up is not good. Will improve on that.
Really enjoyed it.
I loved the fact that I secretly had control over the panic through my own movements. Suits the theme really well, same as the final level.
Great job!
I like the hand drawn look to it :) Cool game.
For the final level I think it could have happened a bit more quickly, it was kind of hard to tell if I was actually moving to the exit.
Really relaxing and interesting game!
Cool game definitely fits the theme.
Nice game! Are the enemies using perlin random noise?
Good guess! Yes they are.
Hi, I tried to create the feel of things getting out of control as the game progresses. Could have implemented better but the intentions was that.
this is beautiful, thank you
Thank you.
Wow! The arts style is really relaxing and cool! Had a blast playing it.
This is so relaxing!! I feel the anxiety vibes on the game. If something feels like out of control is anxiety and strees, a really poetic take on the theme. Reall well executed also, great entry!
Thank you.
That was a fine game! That final level (spoiler alert!) sure was taking the theme literally :p
Thank you.
Nice job! Only thing I would add, is some kind of particles or death effect when you get hit, otherwise great game! The idea was conveyed really well. Here's my game https://itch.io/jam/gmtk-2020/rate/697413 tell me what you think :)
Hi, I agree this need some more juice. Could not add because of time limitation.
Thanks for feedback.
I completely understand, great game!
Love the idea it was conveyed well
Nice concept.
I have to say, the movement by the "ennemies" really conveyed the panic attack feeling.
I wasn't able to find the peace sign in level 2. Does the player have to do something before it spawns or am I just blind?
The sound design is the strongest aspect here, I think. Really enjoyed that. Especially the distant creaking.
You just find the peace symbol, and nothing more to do. I agree, I need some kind of clues as to where to go. Will improve on this.
(Hint: For the second level got to top right).
Thanks for the feed back.
Cool game, had a bit of problem with the controlls and finding the objective, but it's nice.
Probably needs more indications of what to do after tutorial, cool presentation though.
Thanks for the feedback. Will keep that in mind.
I loved this game and i thought it was cool that the controls were so loose and that it was a mix of trying to control it and trying to find the peace sighn
