There was a bug on my version, the aim cursor kept switching between "top" and "left-top" no matter where my mouse was.

Game triggers Windows Defender antivirus.

What a delightful experience! Most of the times we got hit by skulls, there was this wind up of "oh nonononono", seeing exactly what's coming for you. Managed to clear the whole game, although we almost gave in at room... 11, I think? Right before the bouncy pads!

Fantastic job - I would *love* to see this expanded. Really really great little game

This felt soooo good to play. The physics had just the right amount of weight. It got quite challenging at the end, but it didn't feel cheap, it was a fair challenge!

Interesting idea and well executed. Great job :)

And if you had time, I'd be thankful if you try my submission <3

Awesome game! Feels smooth and polished. Good job!

Now this is a game that feels nice to play! I like the lighting and the protagonists' sprite too.

This one was great. The controls were super smooth and it felt really nice to move around. I found the physics to be kind of unrealistic, but it felt very intentional and tight (as opposed to buggy/careless) and as a result I really enjoyed how everything moved. In other words, I like that you obviously put care into how the objects moved as opposed to just letting them ricochet around the map with no limits. I think my favorite part was the level progression and the introduction of new mechanics. I would definitely play this if it were expanded.

Very good execution, Fun little puzzle-like action game.

Thought it would be some generic platformer puzzle game,
but this one has got some actual well-thought-out scenarios that challenge me to think about my actions.

Shooting my white magic removes some hassle needing to move my player over, while striking my wand gives some more precise controls. When you make puzzles you never want players to be actually out of control. I think you have done a good job in securing that bit of control.

Puzzle elements are added incrementally, and i got ample time getting familiar with their properties.

Did i mention that your game controls very smoothly? really nice little piece of game done.

Thank you I'm really glad you liked it!

I like the overall concept. It's a nice puzzle plate former that fit the theme. Level design is well though out.

I dig the pixel art style. It's a shame that you ran out of time for the sound, but overall the rest work. Didn't encounter any bug and you made 15 level, so kudo !

very cool game, the game feel felt quite empowering :D actually reminding me of this game too, which is kind of similar to yours :) https://itch.io/jam/gmtk-2020/rate/699747

Thanks! I just went and checked out that game too!

Great work! I felt that the deflection mechanic was sufficiently juicy - that is, it felt really good to interact with! There are some clever ideas here with level design too. Some sound effects and music would definitely make the experience better, but as it stands this feels like a solid submission.

It was a really fun game, good job!! 👍

PS: I barley used the little projectle... not much use for it in my opinion...

Really? My sister preferred the projectile over the melee attack every time, must be up to preference. Thank you for this very valuable feedback!

If this game had music it would improve it. But its that good that its still good without music.

OMG i really love it!  <3

really great work! the hectic nature of the physics makes it super satisfying to pull off cool trick shots

Really good job on the puzzle design and difficulty ramp up. Each level built upon aspects of others. Awesome work!

Super satisfying puzzle game, even given the haphazard way you have to wrangle the pieces into place. The game is very clean, the graphics looks great, and I would love to play more!

Super cute, super fun. Some soundeffects would have been nice, other that that really polished game

Developer(+1)

If I had just one more hour I would have implemented sound effects lol. Oh well, thanks for the feedback!

I know the feel, our game has barely any sounds. I think some chill music in the background would have been great. A weekend is just not enougth time to do everything xD
