Really like the space control one, might have been a good idea to focus on one gamemode and flesh that out more, possibly with more enemy types. Overall a very good game.
Huh, two games in one, havent seen that before. Personally, I prefer the space control one to the control swap one, since control swap is kinda just hit and miss, maybe you couldve spent more focus just on space control. Found it nice and challenging because you need to keep exploding ships alive so you can destroy the shooting ones. Would be interesting to see more ship types and how they could interact with eachother, trading off on keeping things alive or not.
This game was pretty fun! It is a really simple concept but you executed it really well! Well done!
I would appreciate it if you checked out my game as well.

Thanks! I will!
Was great fun playing this one!
Nice artwork and audio, this game was fun to play.
Nice artwork, i like that there is two minigames packed into one. Well done!
This game was fun to play, I enjoyed playing the first mini game the most. I always kept a TNT spaceship on the screen to help block bullets. That said I think the second mini game I feel fits the theme of the jam better. The controls keep switching on you. It's a bit disorienting but is done is a nice way. Part of the challenge is figuring out how to control your ship.
Both concepts work well witht the theme. Excellent art, design and music. In the Space version a slightly wider playing field (or smaller ships) may change the difficulty abit, I had a few of the blue ships that basically appeared and killed me. In the control one I think the difficulty was perfect, I was just really bad at it :)
I enjoyed the concept of this game. It has a lot of potential and a steeper difficulty curve would have been really nice. I enjoyed ramming enemies into other enemies to watch them explode. Good job on the game!
Impressive getting two gamemodes up and running for the jam, both are pretty fun in their own right, though both could use with a steeper difficulty curve, the first one especially. Pretty solid entry with a really great presentation, loved the artwork!
Yeah we didn't start increasing the difficulty until the last few hours and only when we submitted did we realize that it is too easy for a good amount of time
Highscore of 200 on space control, and only 50 on the control swap one! Space control was fun, I loved throwing the ships into each other and even dragging the 'shooter' ships into their own bullets (a nice touch). The control swap was very hard, basically every time I got used to the new layout it changed again which did really make me feel out of control haha, so well theme'd :)
Thanks, if we had more time we were going to include UI in Control Swap to tell you which controls moved what direction
Space control was really great ! The dragging felt smooth, and i was suprised that i could drag bullets away from me. Great entry
Thanks! It feels very nice to line a bullet up so it shoots another enemy haha
I like that there are two game modes in this game. But to my taste they are quite simple, I would like a little more variety in each mode.
Yeah, we plan for the post jam version to have much more variety! Thanks on the review!
I enjoyed both your mini games, but Space Control was my favorite. I liked how the player had multiple strategies to deal with enemies.
Although it was ambitious to create two mini games, I wish you chose to make only one . That way you could put more content into one game.
Well the thing is that we decided to team a bit too late into the jam, and we both already had something resembling a game (Mine was Space Control and his was Control Swap) and we just decided to combine them, finish them, and release them both!
I see. That was a nice compromise!
The Space Control mode is rather original, but I think it is kind of the opposite of "out of control".
Yeah, it sort of is. We didn't really think about that when making the game but I guess it adds some nice variety to the game huh?
The first mini-game was my favorite but both were really well made. awesome job!
Cool game, I enjoyed it
I was surprised to know they are two games, I did'nt pay some attention and thought those two are seperate rules for one game but read the comment and realised there are two!
Both games are fun! I like the second one more as the theme Out of Control is a part of the gameplay rather than the back story. You can probably try increasing the speed so the game becomes more challenging and fun to play.
Nice Job!
Had fun with both games, but really felt like the ship-dragging one was less in line with the theme. The control-swapping one is a solid take, congrats!
a very original take on the game jam theme, i really enjoyed playing it and the music was amazing ! Keep up the good work
