Really liked the game's aesthetics when it came to the wand's various projectile attacks! Each one looked really nice and felt pretty unique. I will say it seemed like I managed to kill off every enemy in the level quite quickly by rapid-fire clicking, though, and after I looked around for a while I couldn't really find much else to do and had to shut the game down. There is potential for something like this to be expanded on if you wanted, though - some good sound design would go far for a game featuring magic like this, and I could imagine story progression of the wizard still not learning to control the wand, but "learning" what it's most likely to switch to next and how to plan ahead for that until they can replace it. Nice job!
Heres a tip. use webgl. In browser is much more enjoyable.
We will definitely have a browser build in the next time.

It was good in terms of art and movement, I just felt like there was a lack of objective. There didn’t seem to be a health indicator, and the ennemies weren’t so dangerous. Too bad, I feel like it could’ve been way better !

Loved the aesthetics, I'm really impressed by the fact you did all of the art during the jam! I wish I could see more logic and challenges, it's pretty short :)
We were two, I did the programming and Luis made the art. We will for sure expand the game and make it more challenging and interesting after the rating ends!

Much enjoyed! The spell system was quite cool, I really liked the variety of effects that came out, both for the main spells and also the buffs. I classed killing all of the enemies as my own win condition, so I don't mind it not being in by default haha. The art is also really nice, gave me some strong harry potter vibes with the robes for sure!

The art direction is really nice, love the wizard's design and the design of the enemies. The idea of a roulette wheel of attacks is a nice one, but nothing that can't be circumvented by just spamming click since there is no cooldown. It really needs some sounds effects and/or music, but it does seem like a nice idea! Great job!
Thank you for your comment and critique, you are quite right, you just spam all the buttons and you get really buffed. We were having so much fun that at the end, we didn't balanced things quite right. We were going to implement spell initiative, so some spells and buffs were more rare, but we are proud of the system that we could come up in the 48 hours. We were missing a sound designer as well, so we decided to just take sfx out of the list, they were not going to be very enjoyable it they ere made by us ahah. Thanks for playing!
No problem! It was fun to play! For sound, I recommend looking into a free program called BFXR, it makes random sound effects which you can use for your games.
We though on creating quick sfx with it, but we felt it would just be too rushed. Like Gordon Ramsay says: "If you are not sure, don't put it on the plate!"
Loved it. Wish that there was some form of either spawning or win screen. (if there was and i didn't find it, srry for not being able to find it)

We made the audio during the compo. But there is no audio though.
