I do not understand how it works, so I cannot pass the 2nd monster.

It seems like a great idea, and the art is AMAZING, but I just can't figure the mechanics out. I think too many runes were introduced on the second enemy and I can't even figure out how to damage it. I also think it's a bit hard to understand what the rune is just by it's art, maybe if a popup text would appear above them when you move your cursor over them saying "fire" or "water" would help. But I do like the concept and think it could be a great game if the runes and mechanics were introduced more slowly.

It is really hard to figure out what is going on with the elements combined.

Game needs some more onboarding on that. Also it should be some fun way to find out the elemental weakness of the enemy and than player should have the way to make it hit harder or something :)

I really love your idea, and combine mechanics, art and music. Im also impressed because you had to make it in 48 hours!

I would like to play some more, but right now it is too hard for me.

I can't figure out how to make spells, so I couldn't finish your game.. sorry.. The idea seems really great, and I wanna play it :(

This game looks so damn cute! I adore the art!

Really ambitious project for a weekend long GameJam. I think the biggest feedback I can give is that it's maybe too ambitious, the system is too complex to play easily and I just had to check the description more than the game. In a fully developed game it's no issue because people have time to learn the battle system but for a jam it might be too much.

Yeah, we really need to work on easing the player into the battle system some more, maybe add some stages or short tutorials/explanations between adding runes. Thank you for the feedback!

I love the art and music! I wish I knew what the runes were meant to be.

The art, music, and overall presentation are great, but i feel like the runes were unlocked way too quickly if it's meant to be brute-forced through.

The art for this game is beautiful! The movement was fun to watch, and the music was fun and joyful. I really struggled with understanding the runes. It feels like just mashing buttons until something works. If you end up developing this game further, maybe add some way to catalogue the elements that players have discovered?

Developer(+1)

Yeah, I figured that maybe we should have added more stages and maybe some tutorial in-game, but it was a bit hard to fit everything in 48 hours. Thanks for the feedback!

The whole aesthetic of this game in terms of art and music is really nice. I'm not really understanding the combination of runes and how to defeat the second enemy. A tutorial example would have been nice.

I like your art!
