Nice concept ! I don't know if it's normal, but I could go through a low of ceilings ^^'. It seemed like a bug, since it cheesed some level design.
The concept is basic, but cool ! I find the minimalist design very efficient here, good job ! The music is a bit short, it makes it a bit repetitive. Fortunally, the game is short, so it's ok, but be careful if you plan to do more levels =).
Keep up the good work !
Thank You So Much, The going through ceiling was part of the design, yeah it was efficient and i like post processing on squares so much , the music i made it in the last 2 hours and i am not a musician sorry about that, Thank You So Much For Playing And Giving Feedback =D
I love this kind of minimalistic artwork and the post-processing was perfect! I really enjoyed playing this, great work!
Thank you so much, I just really like squares with post processing, I am glad you liked it :D
Nice execution of the theme, I really enjoyed it. It never got too difficult (at least to me). Great job!
Thank You So Much, yeah its hard for some its not for a few anyway thank you =D
Great game concept. Very original platformer. I'm likely not a great evaluator of platformers as I couldn't get past Level 2. Some more sophisticated art and wider variety of music and sound effects would be a great improvement.
Thank You So Much, yeah i playtested it so much so it was easy for me i didn't test with other people, yes i made the music in the last 2 hours still Thank you so Much for the feedback =D
Minimalistic art always has its charm :D Nice touch with the tutorial and presentation
Thank you so much, Yes i did make a character but it didn't really fit this so i just didn't use it =D
Cool concept and I liked the post-processing touches on the simpler art-style.
I think the platforming could have been a bit tighter, but the level design was forgiving enough that it never mattered too much. And 48 hours is never enough :D
Thank you so much, Most of my time was spent playtesting the levels i made, the jumps are a little floaty but again like you said 48 hours is never enough =D
hi legends-games
nice to see you've joined the GMTK game jam as wel! :)
really like this one! :)
espeacily the elevator part!
also really nice you added a settings menu.
I know probebly the most people don't care but I really that kind of things, makes it feel more like a real product! :)
great work ;)
hi Game_Junk
Thank you so much
A Lot of people didn't like the elevator part but glad you did
Yeah i wanted to add a settings menu since my first jam but it didn't seem that important at first now i really it is
Again Thank you so much =D
really?
well I did like it the most.
for me its the most pleasing in a visual matter (where I'm highly sensitive for I have to say ;)) and it felt like that in that part your mechanic have the greatest consequence! ;)
It's very short and doesn't experiment with the idea that much. The music is bad and the levels are not that fun to move around in. Not terrible, but I wish it did more with the main mechanic and fixed frustrating bits in the level design like the elevator part.
Yeah Sorry About That :( i made that in a Hurry the jam was 2 days, the elevator was a frustrating part for me too , I am sorry You had a bad time with it D: still thank you so much for Playing
It's surprising how hard it can be to control two people at once! Very nice entry; I like that even if you make a mistake in the game you can often find a way to recover. Level design is especially tricky for a game like this!
Yes it was even Tricky to make Thank You so much for playing A Lot Of Great Feedback Thank you again =D
Really interesting to have two characters controlled by one player!
The portals being the same color of the player got me thinking that they weren't portals, maybe just a slight change on hue could make them contrast.
One tip of game feel: The jump feels way too low, sometimes I think that I can make a jump but can't, maybe for this type of game a more free movement would be welcomed.
Thank you so much For the feed back really appreciate it yeah i tried to adjust the values but like it was quite hard for the level design
the portals are technically the same color but i think the post processing makes it look like it has a slight hue thank you again =D
The music is a bit loud, but otherwise quite solid
Thank you so much yeah it is quite loud i thought of changing it but there is a settings menu with the options so i just left it =D
Oh I must have missed the menu then
In The Main Menu There Is A Settings Menu =D
Cool idea, it was satisfying to figure out how to get both twins up the platforms. Also liked the music!
Thank You so much Yeah I Just Spent So Much Time Playtesting The Levels And Still It Was Quite Hard But Still Thank you i made the Music In 30 mins or so In the Last 2 hours Thank You Again =D
