How does your game fit the theme?
I have decided that places in space that are usually disconnected will be connected, this makes for very confusing gameplay

The premise is very nice. I always love a mind-F game like these, imagine pairing this with a portal-like puzzle and also dimensions that enlarge and shrinks you while you walk pass them!

However the movement feels a bit clunky, especially the slow falling. The lack of jumping can feel frustrating at times too. It could use more background to make each area stand out more and to indicate the loop.

Love this game and hope you continue to work on it. Would love to play a full release! Feel free to come and rate my game as well.

Thank you so much man! I really wanted to make the character fall a little faster but it broke my code a bunch. As for the jumping, it was a conscious design decision (as jumping wouldn't do anything), but I can clearly see it was the wrong one, because a LOT of people felt this way.  Thanks a bunch for the feedback, I'll go try your game in a bit <3

A great puzzle game, it made me question where I needed to go and whether I should follow the arrows or try and avoid them. This was a great game and I hope that they expand upon the game after the jam.

I felt like a confused wanderer trapped in an eternally looping dimension. 5 stars!

The platforming physics feels wrong, but the illogical levels are extremely confusing and feel very good to explore ! Also the character design fits the theme well (I get some sort of chtulhu-esque vibe), but I'd like a bit more animations.

Developer

thanks man! I really wanted to make some animations and some richer environments but I ran out of time and I was doing the jam solo haha

Really cool! The only feedback would be to make g00p move faster. Other than that, amazing job!

Developer

I'll make him a little faster next patch, more people felt this way, but I couldn't playtest because of time so it was a bit of a guess. Thanks for the feedback!

I was a bit confused at first but once I realised the Non-Euclidean environment it led to some really fun gameplay. I would have made the character movement a bit faster. However, being slow added to the mood of the game and made it a more casual experience.

I'm so confused by this game. And I love that I am. Pretty unique take on the theme, but I would appreciate if g00p fell a bit faster. Also, a walk animation would be nice.

Developer

g00p really wanted to fall faster himself but this broke the code a bunch so I just kinda didn't let him, as for the animations I really wanted to but I ran out of time :(

Cool! I like how you integrated the text into the terrain. Maybe when the Goop falls it could accelerate. Good game!

Developer

I really wanted him to, but falling to fast messed up the game a bunch, but I'll try to fix it in further patches because of bunch of people found it kind of annoying (rightfully so)

Loved the unique presentation. A little confusing at first, but got the hang of it soon. Kudos.
