In two ways: the protagonists joined a cult together and then got physically joined together by a spring-like metaphysical rope.

Nice job on the game. I like that you added a bit of story! It seems like it could be pretty good but it's so hard to move about. I feel like I must be misunderstanding the controls since I can barely climb up the platforms?
the controls were a bit janky but the idea is pretty original imo
Good idea and good execution, but the controls were a little too janky and slippery for the game to be fun for me. I made it to the third checkpoint before quitting.
Nice mechanics with throwing the other player, the swinging, etc. and really nice art!
Unfortunately I am unable to play it
